It was a late school night and Susie was coming home

Normally she walks with her sister,

But today she was all alone.

Her fists clenched in anger

As she walked down the street

She had come this far now

So there was no retreat.

She stomped all the way

And walked with purpose to her door

Took her coat, shoes and bag off

Pelting them to the floor

She planned her next move

Then ran upstairs with force

went into her sisters room

Which was empty of course.

Then she took a pen and lined paper

Laying flat on the desk

She was to right a sort of letter

And then figure out the rest

She took a long deep breath

And started to write.

She made it short and sweet

As her muscles were tight

She left it on the bed

and ran to the toilet shelf

she went to look in the mirror

but couldn't bare at herself

she turned on the tap

splashed water around her eyes

to make it more realistic

when her parent see her cry

she moves to the toilet door

then shouts "MUM. DAD"

who frantically run upstairs

which made her very glad

she told them about the letter

which they read cautiously so

her mothers voice shaking

and her reading mournfully slow

her parents looked unsure

and sat on the bed

which was an unusual response

as the letter read:

Mum, dad i'm sorry to say I will not be coming home tonight

I know I've caused you trouble and we've had a lot of fights

But its best if its just you and Susie from now

As I know if I come home there will be problems somehow

All along I've appreciated what you have done

Which is why I will make it quick and use dads gun.

Susie performed to her parents

Saying what should I tell her friends

Knowing for sure her sisters body

Was floating in the River Thames.
