Chapter 12

Shikamaru's POV:

"Well have fun with her!" She says and storms out into the hokage's building. 'Um was that all about' I think to myself. I start walking to Ino because I need to talk to her. When I got there she was just saying bye to a customer. "Hey Shikamaru" Ino says. Hey um I need to talk yo you so do you have time?" I say. "Yeah I'm done with my shift" she says. We start walking to the nearest beach. I sit down and so does she. "So what do you want to talk about ?" "Well I been having these feelings around Temari a lot lately and I think I like her" "Aww Shikamaru likes Temari!" she said loudly and singing at the same time. "Be quiet, and um this is a drag but could you help me" I said almost regretting it. "Well I could ask her because is one of my bestfriends" "Thanks but don't tell anybody about this" I said. "Okay I won't" she said getting up and leaving. I then get up and walk towards the hokage's building and wait. I then remember what Temari said and it felt like she was jealous.

Ino's POV:

I was planning to have a mini party with all my friends and play truth or dare that way I can get Shikamaru and Temari together. I grab my phone and texted Shikamaru,Temari,Choji,Naruto,Sasuke,Hinata,Sakura,Neji,Tenten,Kiba,Rock Lee,and Shino(I didn't forget him this time) I told them come to my house at 5:00pm. They all replied with a okay.

Temari's POV:

I got out of the office and I was about to die of the work and talking we did. I check my phone there's a message from Ino saying if I want go to her house. I say okay to at least to get away from stress. I walk out of the build and there Shikamaru is his head against the wall using it as a pillow. "Hey, Lazy Ass " I say. "Oh hi Temari it took you long enough" he said in a lazy voice. "Well I had a meeting you know!" I said shouting out. "Calm down Troublesome Woman" he says. "Well you're the one started,Crybaby" I say. We kept arguing all the way back until we got to his house. He unlocks his door to see his parents there. We walk in but Shikamaru looks nervous. I turn back around and didn't ask why. "Hi Mrs.Nara and Mr.Nara" I say and bow down. "Oh Hi " they both say. "Who's this beautiful girl?, Is she you're girlfriend?" Shikamaru's mom says. My face quickly starts to blush and I turn around to see Shikamaru's reaction. His face red like a tomato, I chuckle a little at seeing his face. "Um, She's n-not my g-girlfriend, She's my friend" he says with his face still red. "What's you're name sweety?" his mom says. "Um my name is Temari of the Sand" I say. "Well is nice to meet"his mom says. "Say something Shikaku!" she says. Which was funny. "Yeah it's nice to meet you Temari" he says with a smile. "She's gonna stay here for a while" Shikamaru said. "She can stay as long as she wants to"she says.We walk back to his room and I sit at the edge of the bed. "Did Ino tell you to go to her house?" I say while Shikamaru walks in and closes the door. "Yeah so are you going?" he says. "Yeah are you?" I say. "Yeah" he says. "Well let's go it already 4:55" I say. "Okay, Troublesome Woman" he says. "Oh whatever Crybaby" I say. He opens the door and waits for me to go out. "Hey mom i'm going to Ino's with Temari" Shikamaru says. "Okay honey be good"she answer back. We are about to leave until she came. "Hey, Temari if Shikamaru does something hurtful tell" she says with a smile. "Mooooom!" Shikamaru says. "Okay" I say. "Thank you and have fun" she says and closing the door. We walk to Ino's house without saying a word. Shikamaru knocks on the door and Ino answers it. "Hey guys come in" she says. We walk in to see every friend of mine. "Hey Ino, do you have snacks cause I haven't ate yet?" I say. "Yeah here and gives me a bag of chips. "Thank you". "No problem"she answers. "Okay, Everyone let's play Truth or Dare" I hear Ino say.
