It was 3 days until graduation, I wanted to confess to Cameron, but I'm so nervous! What do I say?
"Hey Cameron, I love you?",
This is so difficult, maybe Sara would like to help. I walk by the hallway at school, and try to spot Sara.
"Hey Sara! Can I talk to you for a sec?" I say,
"Hey Aria, sure what's up?", she says
"You know your brother? Cameron, well, I sort of have a crush on him...", I say, I was really embarrassed.
"OMG, why didn't you tell me?", she talks surprised.
I didn't know what to say. Because I was so embarrassed. But she's my best friend, I can trust her. But it's kinda weird. It's a sort of my best friend's brother thing. Why am I so unsure?
The next day...
I walk to school, and see people looking at me and starting to whisper. What was going on?
"Hey whore! How are you going? Don't worry your secret is safe with the WHOLE school!", said one student.
What was he talking about? Oh no! Does everyone know about Cameron?! I go inside the school and see everyone looking at me and then I see the one and only Cameron. I try to not look at anyone. So, I just walk to the locker room. I spot Sara laughing, as I approach her.
"Sara, what the hell? What did you do?!", I scream.
"Haha, don't worry I only told Mira about it. And then she told Ash, then told Forah, then told Emily...", she laughs.
I thought she was my best friend, instead she told everyone about my crush. And Cameron probably knows it too! I have to get out.
"Sara, this is what you get!", I scream at her as my voice breaking and I feel tears coming down.
I slap her, I slap her hard. Then I run away from school. I cannot believe my only best friend, she was like a sister to me... Why would she do that? Before I walk away from the locker room, she says,
"It's about revenge, Aria. It's all about revenge...", she says rubbing her cheek.
I don't turn to look at her disgusting face.
"Revenge on what, Sara? What did I do wrong?", I shrug.
She laughs, it was a sinister laugh.
"Don't you remember? When it was my first day at Trinity High, you came up to me and pushed me. I had to go to the nurse!", she yells.
"Sara, don't you understand? That was 4 years ago!", I snap.
Before she says one word, I walk away from the room. I couldn't take it anymore...
Graduation day
I am at home watching YouTube videos. Some DIY's.
"Shoot! Today is graduation day!", I say.
I didn't even think about it. I was to busy watching videos. I better get changed!
Ten minutes later...
"Okay, I'm ready. This is the time where I begin my adult life. I can do this," I say taking a deep breath.
At school, people are still talking about the whole "Cameron" thing. A nice "Hey Aria! I know they are ass' but I'm still your friend!". Well, this is just imagination. It won't happen anyways, everyone hates me right now. But I shouldn't think about that right now, I should think about what I'll do after graduation!
As I walk into the school door, I notice only Freshmen and Juniors.
"Damn it, the seniors are in the court yard!", I groan.
As I run to the court yard, I wasn't looking where I was going and bumped into someone.
"Ow, fuck!", I grin as I fell on the floor hard.
"Watch where you're going next time," a cold yet strong voice says softly.
I see a hand trying to grab mine and he helps me up. Before I can look at him, I cannot believe this is happening. This is actually so embarrassing.
Oh my God, it's Cameron, he was the one. Damn, he looks actually funny in the graduation gown. Before I can say anything, I hear someone shouting Cameron's name, Cameron sighs like he is tired of it. And of course I feel him, because it was Sara the bitch.
"Babe, what are you--", she says with her fake smile.
"Ugh Aria, you just look so ugly right now so me and Cam better get going." She primps.
"Bitch please, I'm 90% sure that your "beauty" can be wiped off with a simple Kleenex.", I talk apathetically.
She just humbles and then takes Cameron's hand and walks away as Cameron groans.
"Jesus, she's like a owl searching for its pray. But scary.", I shrug.
I run to the court yard and as I hear the principal says my name.
"Crap, crap! I have to run faster!", I run.
I walk on to the stage, and I spot Sara with Cameron looking at me.
"Umm, my name is Aria Vander, I don't know the feeling of going out of here so soon. But I, umm, support everyone that are having plans and umm, yeah, good luck and happy graduation's day everyone!", I talk nervously.
"Aria! Did you see you're hair? You just look to ugly!", a student says, it's probably one of Sara's minions.
"Haha, well, a pretty face is nothing with an ugly heart...", I giggle.
