Back then I never had the time or idea to go for grocery shopping. I used to always send one of my employee of chauffeur. Even when I did go once in a blue moon, I never bothered to check if the date was expired, how maybe it costed or which brand it was.

Now I'm study every item carefully and admiring the shape of a particular item or the interior design. I toss in the basket a few chips, conditioner, some random utensils, handicraft items that I'm guessing I'll never use and some tissue paper.

I wait in the queue. A tall boy waits in from of me. He wore on a pink hoodie with a blue cap and black mask just like Namjoon oppa. Are they friends. I look at his basket and find it stuffed with a lot of vegetables and dairy products. It was clear that he obeyed the motto "Healthy food, Healthy life". I hid by basket beside filled with junk and useless items behind my back in a ashamed manner.

When he handed his basket to the counter lady he put his hand his pocket. Then in the next pocket. The pocket in his hoodie. They were all empty. He turned around to look at he long queue behind him. Though we didn't make an eye contact, I could easily make out that he was frightened. Sweat drops were formed beside on the temples of his head.

"27 dollars sir" the cashier announced.

"Umm..yeah su..sure" he stammered. He checked all his pockets once again resulting in the same outcome.

"Young man can you pay up quickly?" An old man yelled from the back.

"We haven't got the entire day" a lady yelled.

"Sorry" he turned back and bowed politely.

"I'm sorry but can I return..." he said to the cashier. I handed over the money to the lady in the counter

He looked at me in surprise but didn't utter a single word. He quietly took the bag and walked out.

"What an asshole!" I thought.

"32 dollars" she announced.

I fished the money out of my wallet and handed it to her. Great! I spent almost 60 dollars today helping an asshole. I fumed out of the store in anger.

"Hi" the pink hoodie boy walked beside me.

"You" I said "what's up?"

"Thanks for saving me earlier" he said.

"I thought you'd never thank me. Anyways, it's alright" I said.

"Where are you heading?" He asked.

"To the park."

"Great I'll spare you a few minutes" he said.

"Excuse me" I stopped walking "I don't need your few minutes.

He took of his mask to expose his handsome face. I cleared my throat and looked at his face once again. However, I pretended not to bother.

"I'll be reading a book so your presence doesn't really matter" I shrugged.

"Woah!!" He clapped his hands looking offended "Are you new here?"

"Yeah I just came Korea a few weeks ago" I replied innocently.

"No wonder" he nodded his head "Somehow it's better this way"

We entered the park and sat on a bench. There were no people in the park.

"Is it always this empty?" I asked.

"Sort of. People come here only during weekends" he took of his hair and settled his brown hair. He was astonishingly good looking.

I shook my thoughts and took out a chips packet. He studied the items I bought carefully.

"Ahh.. that milk is not good" he commented "Here take this. It's better. Don't buy those again"

"Are you a chef?" I asked.

"No way" he laughed "However I do have keen interest in cooking"

"Why don't you cook me a meal?" I suggested "You do need to repay me from earlier"

"Ya. I'll wire you the money. Send me your account number"

"Forget it" I sighed "I was feeling a bit hungry" he thought for a minute. Deep inside I was praying the he'd cook.

"Ahh.. alright" he gave in. I quickly borrowed a stove, gas, oil and an apron from the park maintainers. However I did have to pay an extra 10 dollars.

He wore on the apron looking like the world's most handsome chef. He professional cut the vegetables and put in on the pan. He'd occasionally stir and flip the pan without any mistake.

He came over and handed me a plate of spaghetti. "Mademossiele" he bowed and walked away.

"Where are you going?" I asked.

"A good chef always cleans his kitchen" he grinned.

"Come over and eat it before it gets cold"

After 10 minutes both of us had finished the meal. There wasn't even a noodle left on the plate.

"This is so delicious" I broke the 10 minutes silence "Can I hire you as my chef?" I offered.

"No thanks. I'm already employed. I'm earning enough" he rejected me.

"Aish.. Such a shame" I sigh "I can't lose a person who is such a good chef. Let's be friends. I'm Rosè"

"Wow! You're really reasonable" he laughed "Im Seokjin. Jin. How about I make you my sister. I've got enough friends."

"Sounds alright Jin oppa" I give him a thumbs up.

"Araso. Oppa needs to go back to work so you should head back home"

"Woah! Oppa is such a hardworking person. So cool"

I get up and clear the table. We head out of the park. Jin oppa somehow seemed hesitant about something.

"What's wrong?" I ask.

"Actually...it's nothing. Never mind" he increased his pace.

"Ya. Tell me. Why are you so hesitant? I'm your sister now. You can tell me anything" I ran beside him.

"Oppa left his wallet back home so he was no money for the taxi fare" he confessed.

"Ah~ That was all. Why didn't you say earlier" I took out my wallet from my bag. I handed him some money "Will it be alright?"

"Thanks" I ruffled my hair "I will repay you the next time we meet"

"Forget it" I said "Instead cook me a tasty meal"

"Cool" he smiled "Do you want me to drop you off at your place?"

"It's alright. My home is a few blocks away from here"

"Okay. Then I'll be doing ahead. Don't loiter around. Go straight home." he waved at me. He would turn around occasionally. I shooed him off. Before he left me on my own he said.

"You're really generous"
