I'm going to admit it. I don't like Videl all that much. Especially in the Saiyaman saga and the beginning of the Buu saga. Seeing her at school made me gag, but if Gohan wanted to befriend her, I guess I'd just have to deal with it.
Besides, we were already mated, what could she do?

It was March when it when it happened.
"She invited us to eat lunch with her." Gohan told me during passing period.
"What? When?" I asked, sitting on the edge of his desk.
"She's been asking for a while, but I didn't know if you were OK with it. I declined the first couple of times."
"When was this? In the hall?"
"In orchestra (AN: or was it band? Idk guys, sorry😅)." He responded nonchalantly.
"She's in— you know what, nevermind. We should go." I smiled. Gohan deserves to make friends.
He blinked, seeming surprised by my submission.
"Really?"
"Ya. I'm not sure if I'm the jealous type— (AN: *coughs violently*.) —or not, but if you wanna go have lunch with this girl, go ahead."
Gohan frowned. "There are other people, Maia-chan."
"Ya?"
"Ya."
"Okay." I kissed his nose. "Love you~" I whispered.
"Love you too~" he whispered back.
#############################
"Gohan!" A voice called.
Videl.
"Hi, Videl-san." He greeted with a smile. Kami, he's so handsome.
"These are my friends: Erasa and Sharpner." Videl pointed to the two blondes.
"That's spelled with an 'e'!" Erasa piped— just like in the anime.
"Hey, Son, who's the babe?" Sharpner asked, oogling me.
I didn't know how to repsond. No one has ever...hit on me before.
Gohan growled lightly.
"I'm Miah." I introduce, bowing. "And I'm not a 'babe', I'm 'taken'."
"Is that so?"
"Sharpie, shut up." Erasa shot at him.
"Ya, whatever." He grumbled.
"Anyway," Videl said. "Sit down. Sorry my friends are so weird."
"It's fine, I've dealt with worse. And Gohan's used to me." I grin.
"Maia-chan!"
"Nandeshou~?" I said innocently. "I'm proud to be a weirdo!" (AN: proud to be a SwiMerican! Shainaivy1)
"Maia, right?" Videl asked, to which I nodded. "We're in the same class, aren't we?"
"Yes." I answered, de-capsulizing my lunch. "What of it?"
"Nothing...I just..."
"You're from America, right?" Erasa practically shouted.
"Um, yes...?" I raised an eyebrow.
"How long have you been living in Japan?" Videl inquired.
"Since I was eleven." I responded quickly.
"Why did you move?" Sharpner furthered my interrogation.
I looked down at my skirt. What do I say?
"That's a personal question." Gohan answered for me (aka saved my ass once again). "Let's not talk about it, ne?"
*Thanks*
*No problem, love*
