You'd get lost in her eyes
Because they held the earth
She saw the beauty in the world
Knew what it was worthHer eyes were like oceans
You could get lost for years
You'd never guess how often
They're flooded with tearsShe looked so light
As if floating on air
So much weight on her shoulders
As she standing thereHer laugh so beautiful
A sound you must hear
But it's fake
Trying to cover up fearThe stars in her eyes
Were going out
They'll be gone In a few years
There's no doubtShe watches the lights leave
One by one
She knows that soon
She'll be doneShe see's the sun
And the moon go past
She doesn't mind
That it won't lastShe see happy moments
And holds them in her eyes
She always listens
For other people's criesSoon this earth
Will be hers no more
She keeps a smile on her face
But she's sad in her coreShe watches the leaves
And the snow fall down
She walks through life
As if wearing a crownBut her crown is heavy
She's destine to fall
So while she's staying
She chooses to stand tall.
