As Detective Jackson narrowed his eyes at the handwriting that was carved onto Jane Doe's abdomen, Ray clutched the knife's handle behind her back, pulling it to her front.
"No...this mustn't be..." He said, more to himself. "It makes no sense..."
"You killed her." Ray lowly whispered.
Michael turned around, expression mixed. His eyes widened as he eyed the knife. "Rayleigh...let's not do anything irrational."
"What's irrational to one is rational to another." She responded, then flicked the lights off in his office. The room grew pitch dark, leaving him unable to see where she may end up.
