Tristan (that's me) and Connor are hanging out. We start playing soccer and volleyball. Blasting music as loud as it can go. Then a boy named Jake walks towards us. He is on my soccer team and I have known him since he was born. "Hey Connor." says Jake. "Do you want to go out with me." "Um I'll think about it" says Connor.
Connor and I then head in to pack. Connor is leaving for Nova Scotia in an hour. She doesn't want to give Jake an answer until she got back. "Bye Connor" I yell. Connor waves. She gets in the car and leaves.
I start to head home. Then Jake comes up behind me. "Hey. Do you wanna hang out." "sure." I say. We hang out and talk about soccer. Than I got to go. "i got to go." I say. " Before you go Tristan, I want you to know I only asked out Connor to get closer to you." "ok I will think about it" I say knowing that Connor will be devastated.
