After going back to the washintons' house Alex sat on his bed and looked at his family photo he was missing home, he missed his mom, he missed everything he wanted his real mother and his real home.

It felt like something was sitting on his chest he couldn't breathe the room was getting dark and blurry he needed help he got up and tried to get downstairs without passing out he couldn't make it..he got up but fell straight back down with a loud thud someone, Lafayette rushed in to help him, Laf started counting and telling him to breathe in and out and keep repeating that so Alex did and once he could breathe again
Lafayette pulled Alex into a giant hug
allowing Alex to cry keeping his arms tightly around his friends' small frame

He sung something to calm Alex down

Today we live

Alex's crying had slowed a little and he could breathe easily again he heard Lafayette's soothing voice saying "Shh..it's okay mon petit lion." Alex kept softly sobbing when Lafayette grabbed his face gently and looked straight into his eyes "Focus on me and me only Alexander everything's alright I won't let anything bad happen to you. You're okay." Alex hadn't heard that word in forever since his mother died.

< Lafayette's p.o.v >

Something was bothering Alex, his breathing slowed so that was good but he was still crying it was late when we got home too he said he was going to bed so I left his room to go to bed as well

It was 1:43 a.m and I heard someone throwing up so I got up to check only to find it was Alex, he looked so vulnerable, he shrank as he threw up (A/n: no not shrank as in become smol like a mouse XD) it broke my heart

As soon as he was done throwing what seemed to be his lungs up he got up and brushed his teeth I called out to him "Mon petit lion? Are you okay?" He nods not looking at me for some reason I want him too look at me, he's not even looking in the mirror at himself he puts his toothbrush and went back to bed

Why wouldn't he look at me or his reflection?
