Tuste hums as he stretches on the carpeted floor of the Pokémon Center's motel area, where trainers or breeders or people who just need some rest can rest for a few days before they get moving

He rolls on his stomach purring softly, he just had a few battles and won, of course, but he got a little roughed up in the proses

He got healed but still it did a little damage to his pride, he's supposed to be the best on the team but he had trouble with a simple Mimikyu

As he lets out a soft sigh the door opens as his trainer, Kev, walks in with the rest of the team

Puki sitting on his shoulder like usual, Rura sitting herself near the window, Pookie going with her sitting next to her trying to attempt to look like Rura and clearly failing with his usually cute face, and Fludi and Kev talking about battles and singing....but something was bothering Tuste.....

Where is Bebe?

Bebe is usually seen next to Kev, to keep him safe and watch over the team and give remarks when Tuste is being his usual self but.....he's not there

Tuste stands up looking around confused, He doesn't usually pay attention but this was definantly strange

"Are you looking for someone?" Tuste jumps at the sudden voice, looking over to see Rura looking at him with her usual serious/angry look

"Oui, where iz ze angry one?" Tuste says with his usual heavy Kalos accent Rura shaking her head

"He is out training against the Ghost Types at the abandoned supermarket-" Rura snickers lightly before continuing "-I supposed he couldn't handle fainting to something that really shouldn't be able to hit him"

Tuste blinks, he couldn't believe what he was hearing

Bebe had pride? I mean it was obvious he did but it's such a stupid reason to try fight something he really can't, why would he do this? What was he trying to prove?

Tuste nods walking to the door about to leave until he hears his trainers voice

"Tuste? Where're you going?" Kev asks from sitting on the bed next to Fludi who tilts her head clearly confused

Tuste smiles lightly "Zimply going to zee our angry little friend zat iz all"

Kev smiles and nods "Alright but be back in time for dinner! I plan on actually making us something instead of eating beans again"

Everyone cheers at the simple idea, yes they like the Poke-Beans but eating the same thing over and over again gets old

Tuste shakes his head as he walks out his tail swishing slowly

_A FEW HOURS LATER_

Tuste sighs as he looks at the supermarket, having been a little roughed up by trainers thinking he was wild 'For shame' Tuste thought while he shakes his head, he was wearing a collar for a reason as he walks into the store

He looks to see Bebe growling lowly at a few wild Haunter's, clearly having trouble taking them down

Tuste glares, how dare they mess with his friend, do they not know who he is?!

Bebe looks over to see Tuste standing by his side smirking softly

"I ze you are having trouble, shall I 'elp?~" Tuste says with his usual teasing tone that Bebe hates

Bebe sighs but nods "I could use it, thanks"

Tuste nods and attacks with Bebe as they fight, Bebe able to make it out with only a small amount of HP

After a few minutes they make it out of the market Bebe panting heavily for having to hold his own for so long, Tuste sitting next to him looking at him

"Vat were you doing in zere? I got vorried zat my favorite-huh?" He stops when he sees Bebe laying on him, mumbling as he tries to respond clearly too tired to hold a conversation.

Tuste smiles nudging under Bebe's chin as he lays down curling up Bebe laying on top of him, sleeping soundly

After that they both went back to there usual ways but Bebe will never admit that he liked sleeping with Tuste....like ever

As for the reason he was training? Well....some things are better left unknown aren't they?
