"We will be in touch doll," The voice said over the phone. There was the unmistakable click of the line being cut and I could not feel my body. I felt as if I was watching myself. A true out of body experience.

"Who was that?" Niall asked coming out of the shower with a loosely hung towel on his hips. I said nothing but I could tell he already knew.

Coming quickly to stand in front of me, he pulled me in to a tight, slightly damp, hug. I could feel his lips on the top of my head and although it soothed me, it was not as comforting as I hoped it would be.

"What did they want?" he asked.

"They want me to leave you. Shortly after the wedding." I calmly tried to spit the words out, but I knew it was rushed and hard to understand.

But he seemed to get the gist of what I had said and responded, "How shortly?"

"Like a few hours. They said it will make for a tragic ending to a love that should have never been in the first place." I could not even factor in how there could be such a heartless person, or people.

The fact of the matter was, I had crashed a lot of weddings before Greg's, and I was not the only one on the call sheet of crashers. So that means there are hundreds, if not thousands of heartless people out there. I not only used to be one of them, I used to aid in others vindictive plans.

It had really come back to bite me in the ass hadn't it?

"Luckily we have all night to figure out a way to not let that happen. There has to be some sort of loophole we are missing." He cooed.

I backed away from him trying to already distance myself from him. If we did not figure out a way to stop all of this blackmail, and threats, I knew what the mystery man or woman was capable of and it would not bode well for either of us.

"Fin," he pleaded with me to not do what I had already begun. I could see his whole body was reacting to the fact I had backed away. His chest clenched, and the veins in his arms were elevated to the top of his milky skin. His lips hung open, and his ears had turned red.

"What if we don't figure this out? What if after the wedding I leave?"

"Why are you thinking of the negatives? Why are you not thinking of ways to stop this from happening? Your 'what if's should be, 'What if we figure this out?' 'What if we get to go on a really romantic honeymoon where would we go?'" He was trying to be angry, and amusing at the same time. And damn him every time it worked to put a smile on my face.

"Now there is the smile I know and love as much as the girl it is on," he walked back to me and placed a hand on my cheek. The heat caused my body to melt to him like it always did.

His lips caressed mine and when they finally landed his minty taste is what I craved. I pressed my body against his nearly naked one.

His hand was going to the side zipper of my dress when I stopped him.

"It took me fifteen minutes to get into this dress. No way am I going through that struggle again," I reprimanded, "And you need to get into your suit. We have a rehearsal dinner to make an appearance at."

I pushed him away from me playfully but it did not have the desired effect. His hand reached for mine and he looked at the engagement ring on my finger and gently kissed it and looked up at me. I could tell his mind was not focused on one singular thing. It was running just as wildly as mine.

Pulling into the small restaurant parking lot and seeing a large amount of cars surrounding the whole building caused my nerves to get the best of me. I looked at Niall who seemed to be reciprocating the feelings. We both just looked at the entrance and knew if we did not go in we would not hear the end of it from every single member of the family.
