Chapter 104

Magical encounter.

Chapter 104:
Vanessa's pov

I stood in the field of flowers looking at my hands as I looked at the tree and focused. Nothing happened as I sighed and sat back down looking at the book I got from the local book store.. there was no way any of this crap is true.

I rubbed my head laying back against the grass closing my eyes.
This is pointless, I can't control it, what's the point of being a magical banshee if I don't know how to use it!

As I opened my eyes.. I wasn't laying on the tall grass but in a weird house. I stood up looking around, it was quiet and dusty.

"Child, why do you seek me." A woman said as I turned looking at her standing on the stairs. She wore all black.

"I.. uh.." I said looking around.

She walked down and placed her hand on my cheek and she smiled.
"Ah, a new witch and has banshee traits. How amazing." She said walking into another room as I followed her.

"Witch?" I questioned.

She poured herself a drink and looked at me.

"Your linked so a powerful witch. Seeing it's someone they trust, they gave you their magic. ." She said taking a sip.

"My baby sister.." I whispered looking at my hands.

"What a interesting little one." She said sitting down. " seeing you reached out to me means you wanna learn, well you need to locate me, this is a house for witches' I keep my girls safe here." She told me.

"There are other's." I smiled.

She nodded her head. "Powerful little witches.. but not as powerful as you and your baby sister."

I smiled. "How do I find you." I asked.

"That will be your first task" she told me pouring more wine. "You must find this pace on your own.. trust in your powers."

I gasped and sat up, I was back in the grass as my mother called for me. I turned my head as she held baby Hope.

"I was calling for you." She told me .

"Sorry fell asleep." I said getting up with my book's.

"What's that." She asked me.

"Just studying." I smiled rushing off past her to the pack house .

I ran up to my room shutting the door behind me as I locked it and at on my bed. I smiled and looked through the books.

I stayed in my room basically all day as I practiced trying to do magic by myself . I mumbled words sitting cross legged with candles around me.
When I opened my eyes my bed was floating above all. I laughed finally getting somewhere . A knock came at the door as slowly the bed went down and I opened my door. Kat was there worried as I let her in.

"You didn't come and see me when I was awake, your mother said you been here all day.. what's up?" She questioned.

"Even if I told you, you would believe me." I told her shutting the door as i sat on my bed. She followed me.

"Try me." She said.

I smirked and nodded my head. "Okay, no freaking out and don't say a word." I told her.

She nodded her head at me.

I sat cross legged and closed my eyes once again relaxing my body and mind. I stayed calm as she gasped , I knew it was working as I opened my eyes . She was looking around at everything floating.
"V-Vanessa.. what is this. What-

"Girls!" My mom called.

I looked at my door as everything dropped with a bang as my mom opened the door at the mess. She looked at us as I looked at her.
Kat smiled getting up as she scratched her head picking up the clothes and dressers.

I stood up and got dizzy as I stumbled my mom catching me.

"Nessa?" She said worried frowning.

"I'm okay, didn't eat." I fake laughed.

She sighed grabbing my face.
"Gosh I feel like I'm taking care of two babies." She smiled at me .

"Sorry." I laughed.

"I came up to tell you me and Sarah made tuna sandwiches." She said.

"Sounds delicious Luna." Kat said smiling.

My mother flinched at the word Luna as she only smiled. I know my mother is taking it hard being called a Luna and not Alpha now.
"Well come down after we clean up.

"You better clean this room. You girls are crazy." She laughed shaking her head.

My brother Vincent still hasn't woken up, my mother has allot on her plate and we have a new neighbor. Some weird beast that strangely healed him and left.

"Not a word." I said to Kat as she stood up and walked out my room as I followed behind her hiding the book under my bed.

We headed to the kitchen as my mother was giggling and Vikki was kissing her neck. Hope was eating in her chain making a mess as everyone was doing something and admiring my parents being cute and lovable again. I'm happy to see them happy even if there going through so much.

Sat down as they sat down next.

"Mom said you and Kat destroyed your room. What were you doing?" Vikki asked.

I tapped my foot nervous and smiled.
"Girl things, keeps my head out of thinking of Lana." I said.

"I'm working on it." She said to me.

"I know" I smiled .

Everyone sat and ate  lunch quietly as they chatted among the table. Some of the pack wasn't here.

"Mmm-mama." Hope shouted laughing.

"She said mom!" My mom cheered looking at Hope.
I smiled as everyone giggled and clapped .

She cooed stuffing carrots into her mouth.

Today was an okay day.. I need to learn more magic and fast.
