This an AU in which Maya and Riley never met because Cory and Topanga never moved to NYC at least not until the beginning of the story.As the Matthews never moved there Maya never had a good influence while growing up. Zay, Lucas, Smackle and Farkle are also a bit different from what we see on the show as they never had someone that made them try to be their best selfs, so don't be scared or confused with they "new" personalities (it's really similar to their personalities at GMWT3, just a little less dramatic). Riley is also different she's really shy and stay a lot on her comfort zone as she never had Maya to push her out of it, she is also more insecure as she has been bullied for being goofy and weird and unique.
Josh is the same guy just with a bigger ego.
Maya is sixteen soon to be seventeen
Riley, Farkle, Smackle and Zay are sixteen
Lucas is seventeen soon to be eighteen and
Josh is nineteen .
