Background of each character

Emily Cole (Em, Emmie) is a sixteen year old girl from Newhall, California. She moved to Seattle, Washington to live with her mother and stepfather, who are in between middle and upper class, because her father was killed by a gang the he supposedly owed money to. So she is a depressed child. It has been two months since he died and she had her sixteenth birthday without him a month after he died.

James Jiggings (J.J., Jamie) is a seventeen year old boy from Seattle, Washington. He has been used and he is a quiet person. He keeps to himself so he doesn't have to deal with the drama. He is kind and has a few friends. He is from a middle class family and they rent an apartment in downtown Seattle. It isn't the best home but it is home to him.

Cecilia Coldwell (Cece, Cili, Cilia) is a sixteen year old girl that thinks she is better than everyone. She is Stuck up. She is a rich child and has everything handed to her. She is the captain of the volleyball team and she loves cats. But most importantly she hates James because before she realized that she was lesbian and didn't like guys she liked him and he turned her down and dated her best friend.

I'm Ashtaar; college student, writer, and total nerd. I have an obsession with the Lord of the Rings trilogy as well as elves in general, but don't tend to write about them. When I write, there is no mapping it out. I let the characters lead me until there is a plotline peeking through, then I take over. This project is an interesting one for me because while I am editing and throwing ideas out, I am not directly writing it. Also, having it turned into an animated series is going to be something I didn't see myself working on and will be a great experience as well as a learning curve. My hope with this is to broaden my horizon as a writer. All I can say is I am very excited for the end result and to see everything come together.\(3)
