Chapter 1 The Awakening

As I feel the cool breeze gently caress my face I begin to slowly open my eyes, and soon realize that I have no idea where I am I look to my left and see an endless view of plains to my right I see what looks like an oak Forest. As I slowly begin to stand I realize I'm not alone, I look around to see another person its a young boy like me, I quickly rush over to him his shirt all torn, a small cut over his left eye, I quickly check to see if he has a pulse. I soon find a pulse and to my relief he begins to awaken. I see his eyes slowly open and he has a look of terror and fear on his face, he speaks softly " help me please".
All of my emotions rise at once and hit me ,I frantically try to find the words but they won't come out, all I manage to say is w...w...what happened.
He speaks a little louder this time " I... Was attacked "
A shocked look now plastered on my face what do you mean you were attacked , attacked my what? and who are you? where did u come from?
The boy now starting to calm down takes a deep breath in and calmly says " by a monster"
He also told me his name was Toby. I look at Toby In more detail now his jeans are full of holes and rips as I look at the rips in his shirt I now see what looks to be scratch marks. The hole in his jeans reveal a large gash on his leg that is still wet with blood, his blonde hair drenched in sweat, I also notice a slight look of pain rush over his face. I bravely ask what kind of monster could do such a thing.

"Help me up and I'll tell u all about it "
< so there I was just walking through those wood over there just minding my own business gathering some raspberries and some blackberries when this chimera jumped down from the trees and started attacking me. I quickly grabbed the closest thing to me which happened to be a large stick which I smashed against the damn thing a good 6 times before the stick broke and the damn thing finally flew off leaving its mark all over me I hobbled off and I guess I must've passed out here.> so what's your name

I chuckle a little and answer calmly its Alec and don't ever forget it. Now are you fit to walk because I don't think that chimera let you go accidentally to be honest I think its out there right now watching us waiting to finish you off.
His voice now starting to show fear looks toward the woods and says "you really think so" his face now grey
