We proceeded to walk to the gym hall when the teacher explained the instructions.

The press up test.

The press up test was basically to see how many press ups you could do in a minute.

I turned to Luke.
"Can you go first?"

He let out a laugh, "Why can't you go first, after all ladies first."

Luke had basically volunteered me to go first. Miss Brown yelled for us to go. I could feel Luke watching me.

Counting as I went.

"Come on Julia it's half way through and you've done five."

It aggravated me, so I went faster as fast as I could.

"TIME UP!"

"I thought you would have done better than that."

"Lets see you try then."

Time had started. It was about 15 seconds in and he'd already doubled what I had done. Although I'm the person that's supposed to not like him. I found what he was doing very captivating. He was perfect.

I started to stare, for how long I don't know, but he was still going.

"It's rude to stare you know."

"What?"

"You were staring at me."

"You don't know that."

"I do I could feel you staring."

"Yeah, well you were pretty sucky at those press ups."

"Not as sucky as you." He said poking my stomach.

I laughed "Stop!"

The teacher let us do what we wanted after that so me and Luke agreed on running round the hall since there was nothing better to do. But it then ended up that we were the only ones exercising.

I guess our teacher got fed up and just dismissed us. We went back to the locker room, Luke walking up behind me.

"Hey wait up for me after class."

That was weird partners now this.

I went to the changing rooms and the populars already there. I walked over to my bag and then turned around then all the populars were standing in front of me.

"Partners with Luke?" said Alice looking at me as if I had done something wrong .

"Uh yeah?"

"You do know he's mine right." she spat.

"Um ok."

I finished getting changed and I went out of the changing room. Luke was outside waiting.

"Oh hi." I said barely smiling.
