Katy's pov: Katy wake up my brother shakes me. I turn over and see my brother. Get ready for school my brother says. Ok I say and smile. My brother helps my with my brace. He gets my outfit and hands it to me. (Katy's outfit on top) I hurry and change into my outfit. My brother knocks and I say come in.

He puts the brace back on. I grab my crutches and go to the bathroom. I brush my hair and teeth. I go to the stairs and slide down on my butt. I get to the bottom of the stairs. I stand up and get my crutches. My brother says ready. Yes I say. He grabs my backpack. We walk out to the garage and hop in the car. You have my wheel chair right I ask.

Yes sis my brother says in a tired voice. Ok I say. Can I ask you something my brother says. Yes you can always ask anything I say. Why are you talking to Kace, I just don't think I can trust him my brother says.

I talk to Kace to get to know his good side to see if I can gain his friendship and trust I say. Well your not he is going to push you away Katy says my brother. How do you know I say. I have the feeling my brother says.

We get to school and my brother gets my wheel chair. I stand up and sit in the wheel chair. I close my door. My brother hands me the keys. We get to the front door and we walk in we go to my locker. I got the stuff I needed. Then Kace came up to me and my brother. Hi guys Kace says. Hey my brother says.

I look at Kace and smile. He smiles back. My brother says I will see you guys later. See ya I say. Do you have Art says Kace. Yes why I say. Well I changed math for 3rd hour and Art 1st hour.

You did I say. Yes Kace says. Cool is all I said. When are we going to class Kace says. Come on let's go I say. Kace pushes me to the art room. The art teacher says hi Kace. Hi Kace says. Kace did you change classes my art teacher says. Yes Kace says. My art teacher says ok we are doing a project and you can pick what you want to do. 

Ok Kace says. Me and Kace got to our seats and we sit down. Kace gets our materials and we sit down. We start to draw. The bell rings and everyone else comes in. The teacher says you can listen to music. I pull out my phone and so does Kace. I pick closer by the chainsmokers (ft Hasley)

Kace says wow you are drawing that. Yeah an eye, do you like it I say. Kace shakes his head yes and says that is really amazing. Thanks I say. Welcome Kace says. We draw until the bell rings.

We get to lunch and I see Kace. Kace I yell down the hall. Katy Kace yells down the hall back. He walks up to me and says ok help me with Art. Really you suck at art Kace I say looking at him. Well gosh I thought that I was good Kace says. Hahaha I say. Shut up Kace says.

I see my brother come up to us and he says are you guys coming to eat. No me and Kace say at the same time. Ok my brother says well laughing. Bye I say. Bye my brother says. Kace looks at me and says ok can you help me with my art. Ok how you learn to succeed is to fail, without failure you wouldn't learn anything I say. Please kace says.

Practice makes perfect I say. Oh my god can you just help me please Kace says. Yes I say with a laugh. Thank you Kace says. Welcome I say. Ok so favorite sport I say. Football and yours Kace says. Soccer and Basketball I say. Basketball is really fun Kace says. Yes I have played both and have made the teams. Damn you love sports don't you Kace says. Yes I do I says.

The bell rings and it is time to go to p.e. My brother comes out of the lunch room and ready. Yep I say. Bye Kace says. Bye I say.

The bell rings and school is out my brother comes and picks me up. I seem the left side of his face and I didn't look that good. We got out to the car. He help me in and than we started to drive home. Derek what happened I say. It doesn't matter he snaps back. Derek it does matter what happened I say. Shut up Derek yells. 

I look at him and say stop being an asshole and tell me what happened I say. Derek pulled over to the side of the road. Derek hopped out and came over to my side. He grab me by the hair and dragged me out of the car. He throw my backpack and phone at me. He went to the trunk and grabbed my wheelchair. 

He set it in the ground and said good luck getting home and don't come home tonight BITCH. He drove off. All those words hurt. He has never called me a bitch. I began to cry. I grabbed my phone and called Kace. He said he would be here in 5 minutes.

I seen a truck. It stopped and Kace came running over to me. He hugged me and said it's going to be ok. I look up at him and Kace says what happened. My brother got mad at me and he left me here I say. I'm so sorry Katy Kace says. It's ok I say. Kace puts me wheelchair in the back.

He grabs my back pack and puts it in the back also. He comes over to me and picks me up. He sits me in the truck. Thank you I say. Welcome Kace says. Kace hops in. I can't go home my brother will get mad at me I say.

Ok you can stay at my house Kace says as he looks at me. Thanks I say. Welcome and why did your brother get mad at you Kace says. The side of his face was all red an I asked what happened I say.

Oh Kace says. Can we go to my house and get me some clothes for school I say. Yes we can says Kace. Kace hands me his phone and says plug it in and choose a song. Thanks I say. Welcome Kace says.

I look thought his song and my favorite song Rich as fuck. I turn it on and sing along. We get to my house and we hop out. We got through the gargage. We walk inside an go to my room.
