It was cold and dark. I woke up on the ground, with only underwear on. I couldn't quite tell where I was. Last thing that I remembered was me, walking back from school. My house wasn't far away, when all of a sudden, I felt a heavy object hit me in the back of my head. Everything went dark and I woke up here. Giving it time, my eyes became accustomed with the room I was in. The walls were covered in rust, there was no furniture, but the door had bars on it. "Could I be in a jail cell?" I thought to myself, standing up slowly and walking towards the door. There were no lights, pitch black everywhere. But I saw a hook in front of my cell, "keys!" I yelled, instantly covering my mouth. I leaned in, putting my arm through the bars to try and grab them but the keys were too far away. "I have to be careful, whoever brought me here must not be that far away." I thought to myself, deciding to give it another try. So I leaned on the door as much as I could, but with all the pressure I used to lean, the door opened up. The hinges made the most wretched sound, hurting my ears. I was terrified, I crouched down quickly, thinking someone was near by. I heard nothing, so I slowly walked out, checking where I was. I saw a table and it had a white suit on it, "better than being naked." I said softly before putting it on. It was a little loose, but it fit. So I started trying to get a name or an address, as soon as I thought of an address, I checked the pockets and pulled a phone out, but there was no signal. "Of course, no signal. What is this, a horror movie?" I thought to myself, sliding the phone in the suit pocket and slowly walking around. This place is a maze, I can't find signal or another door. I can't remember anything I did before I woke up here, "I know I was walking home from school, I lent my friend Edward homework he didn't do. I am at the top of my class and this happens, I hope people are looking for me." I thought to myself, while walking around this place. Soon enough, I found a door on top of a staircase. I gasped, never thought of seeing a way out of this place. I slowly started walking up the stairs, conveniently it was creaking. Each step made a sound, worse than before. I had to keep looking behind me, I didn't feel safe. Then I heard a mumble, coming from the hallway to my left. Big footsteps, shaking the floor, pieces of the ceiling were falling down. So I jumped towards the last step and opened the door, closing it behind me. But when I saw the room I was in, I was completely lost. It was filled with furniture, mirrors, carpet, it was basically a mansion. I looked around, expressionless, "we're not in Kansas anymore." I thought.
