"You know I love you right?" He whispered as he tucked a piece of hair behind my ear.
"I know.." I whispered back. He smiled back at me before pulling me in and holding me close against his chest.
"Kev?" I looked up into his mesmerizing eyes. "Yeah?" He looked down at me.
"You never told me what really happened to Cel-" He cut me off before I had a chance to finish. "It doesn't matter. I told you everything that I told everyone else, the truth. I'm just glad I was there to help her." I opened my mouth to speak but there was a knock at the door.
Kevs dad came in. "Kevin we need to talk about the other ni- oh! Eden your still here, I thought you left." He smiled at me and Kev.
"Yeah sorry dad I wanted her to stay longer. You know I need time with my girlfriend so I'd appreciate if you'd leave so she can get dressed." I looked at Kevin in shock.
I don't think his dad knew I was half naked under the blanket until now, thanks Kev, such a sweetheart.
His dad nodded before leaving the room.
I smack Kevin on the arm.
"What?" He gave me a confused look as though he didn't know what he'd just done.
"Are you kidding me? I'd appreciate it if you'd leave so she can get dressed?! Really?! And what did he mean by last night?" I got up from the bed and got dressed.
"Where are you going?" He asked.
"I got to get home so I can get ready for school. Don't change the subject Kevin what was he talking about anyway?" I quickly pulled my boots on and zipped them up.
"Nothing really just had a heart to heart with dear old mom and dad." He got up from bed. He grabbed me by the waist and pulled me into his arms.
His hand cupped my chin, making me look up at him.
"I don't want you to go to school today." I looked at him confused.
"What? Why? Kevin you know I can't skip I have that test with Mrs.L or she's gonna fail me." He shook his head.
