Lately Pearl hasn't been herself. She seems different. Sadder. It breaks my heart the see her like that. I knocked on the Gem's house. I held my breath when Amethyst and Steven opened the door, they seemed stressed out. Was it because of Pearl? Amethyst forced a small smile and opened the door so I could get in easier. I looked around for Pearl "if your looking for Pearl she's at the beach. She wanted to be alone" Steven said sadly "oh... I'm going to try and talk to her. It's not good for anyone if she stays like this" I said turning around "okay Y/n, good luck" Amethyst said. You walked along the beach for quite some time but eventually saw Pearl in the distance.
You smiled a little and ran towards her. "PEARL!!!!" You yelled and she quickly looked at you with tears streaming for her face. You were close to crying, seeing her like that. You wiped her tears away and hugged as she cliched onto your jacket, crying. The two of you stayed like that until she stopped crying. You pulled away, still hugging her "Pearl what's wrong?" You ask. She looked at the ocean and said, "I'm sorry... I was... I was just stressed and I felt... well... insecure. I like-no I love you but seeing you with other beautiful girls who look way better than me just... you know..." "Pearl..." you gently grabbed her chin and made her look at you "your the only girl I love. The only girl that I will ever love." You kissed her lightly making her cheeks burn red "Cheer up"
