"Wake up!," I hear my mother command. "I'm up!'" I respond. Today is moving day. My dad's job has moved to Connecticut. I am super excited because my favorite youtuber, thatsojack, lives there. I mean I can't wait to live in the same state as him! Oh, by the way, I'm Emma. All you really need to know about me is that I'm krazy, I FANGIRL way too much, and I'm an Internet kid.
So back to moving day. So today my parents and I are packing up our final stuff and leaving for Connecticut. I guess I'm a little sad, because I've always lived in my small little house in New Jersey. Now I'm moving to a large house in Connecticut. I've been there once to drop stuff off, but I haven't really explored it yet.
I finish packing my last item and zip up the suitcase. I put it into the truck and sit down. I put in my headphones and begin listening to "The Dark Side" by Trevor Moran. If you don't know who he is, he's a 15 year old boy from O2l(Our Second Life.) He was on the X factor but lost, but he has an amazing voice.
*skip to end of car ride*
We arrive at our new house. It's is a large blue house and has a really long driveway. After we park the car, I get out and grab the essentials: My phone, my computer, and an Arizona tea. I walk into the house and I'm amazed. After touring the house, I find my room. My room is quite large and has two closets. I sit down and look out my window. I see the backyard of my neighbors. I don't know why but it looks familiar. After checking all my updates, I get my suitcases from the car. I start to empty out my suitcases and put away my stuff. After about two hours, I ask my parents if I can go explore town. They said I could go as long as I wasn't too far from the house and said I had to be back by 5.
I start walking down the street and hear a familiar voice. Whose voice could I possibly recognize in Connecticut? The voice is coming from my neighbor's house, so I go check it out.
I walk around to the back of the house and see........
