The New Girl

Starting A New School

Lillie -
I walked down the hallway of my new school and kept my head low hoping no one will notice. I found my locker and put my books in and kept the ones I needed. I heard people start to approach me so I try not to look. I look up to see a group of girls all looking at me. One of them stepped forward "hi you must be the new girl I'm Chelsea". "I'm Lillie", I quickly responded. They all looked at me and started laughing. They then pushed me and walked off laughing and bitching about me. As I reached for my science book I felt a hand grabbing it. I glanced up to find a boy handing me my books. "Hey, I haven't seen you here before", he said looking at me. He was starting to stare so I quickly interrupted "yeah I'm new this is my first day my names Lillie by the way". "Aaron", he said helping me up off the floor.           

Aaron -
Wow her first day and Chelsea already has something against her. I thought to myself, well it must have been Chelsea and all her friends she's usually the one to do that to people. As I helped her up I gazed into her eyes and felt a slightly tickle in my stomach. I offered to walk her to class turned out we both had science anyway. I hated science I was in a class with non of my friends but since I was popular I always had someone to sit with. I used to be good at school but in 8th grade I changed and now couldn't give a shit about school. Most of the time I skipped school anyway or just a lesson or two. She walked in and sat down and I sat beside her. I didn't normally sit at the front of the class but I wanted to get to know her. She got on with her work straight away whilst I sat there day dreaming. "Aaron" the teacher shouted "what" I yelled back pissed off because I knew what he was going to say. "Do your work", he said and glared at me. I looked at the first question and didn't understand wtf it was talking about so I looked over at Lillie's book and just copied her answer when I heard. "Sir Aaron is copying the girls work", the nerd said. I looked at him and her sunk down in his chair sir walked over to me and yelled. I looked back at the twat sat next to me and tipped him off his chair. The teacher asked what happened " I-i-i just f-felll of my chair", he stuttered nervously. Everyone started to laugh at him. A few people saw that I pushed him but no one grassed. Lillie just looked at me. I tried to talk to her but she ignored me for the rest of the lesson.

Lillie -
He was so nice but what he did in class wasn't I thought about how Chelsea had treated me and suddenly realised that how Aaron treated that boy who told of him. He walked out of class and he stared talking to all of the popular people then that Chelsea went up to him. She smiled and hugged him.

  Aaron -
Even though I didn't know Lillie and we hadn't spoken much I seemed to care about her. So the minute Chelsea hugged me I pushed her off  me and asked if she had pushed Lillie. "What that geek over there, yeah", she said laughing. "Well why did you do that it's her first day and you've already upset set her and made her the outcast". I yelled angrily and I think she heard me. "Since when do you care about the dorks you pushed one over earlier", she said. "That was different he was being a prick like he always is and she's not a dork don't call her you don't even know her",  then she walked away.

Lillie -
Did he just stick up for me? My thoughts were interrupted by Chelsea nudging into me saying "stay away from Aaron he's mine". Aaron ran up to me to see if I was okay. "I'm sorry " I said looking up at him. "For what", he responded with a confused look on his face. "For making you and Chelsea argue and probably ruining your reputation by you hanging round with me", I said with a sad/scared look on my face. "It's fine Chelsea is just a bitch and so are all her friends", he responded trying to cheer me up. The bell rang and we were late for class already. I suggested we should go but he pulled me back and close to his chest and whispered we're already late what's the rush he said looking me in the eyes. I hesitated as I pulled away. I looked at my timetable and he glanced over. "Grate", he yelled "we have all of the same classes", he smiled. He grabbed my arm and we started to walk. He intertwined are hands and I suddenly felt all warm and fuzzy.
