so this is the first it is a Whitman style poem and i first wrote it in fifth grade when i went to a catholic school
When I first saw the "t"
When the abstract symbols were revealed as letters
When the "t" could combine with letters to make words of meaning
When I saw the "t" in many places yet sometimes standing all alone
How soon I found it alone at the church
Then searched of its meaning unknown to me as a child
In the warm sunlight I saw the "t"
Pondered the depth and breadth of its meaning
