Chapter 10

        Alissa's Pov
After the photoshoot I went to the coffee shop about a 5 blocks before the house, there I met a guy there. He was really nice and sweet, after we both got our coffee we sat down and talked. I learned that his name was Mike and he worked for editing movies and stuff.
"So you talk about this, guy Jake a lot is their something going on with you two" MV (let's say his last name begins with a V)
"Jake is a really cool friend from Ohio and I'm now living with him and some other people" AV
"Oh yah is Tessa and Alex one of those few people?" MV
"Yah Tessa is my best friend and Alex is like my older brother." AV
After a few hours of talking we wrapped up our conversation and he offered to drive me home. I took the offer up and when we got in the car we started dancing in the car and laughing because neither of us can dance. We pulled up to the house and he kissed me on my cheek and with that I smiled and left. When I got in the house I walked in the house with the biggest smile on my face and nothing could take it off. Until Jake walks in the door and explain to him why I'm smiling. Tessa was pretending to be mad at me, but she just asked me where I went after the photoshoot.
"Um Alissa" TB
"Yah?" AV
"Where did you after the photoshoot you left before me and I got home before you?" TB
"Sorry I stopped at the coffee shop and met a really cute guy named Mike" AV
"Your forgiven tell me about Mike?" TB
I told her everything about what happened at the coffee shop.
"He sounds like a cool guy, what are you going to tell Jake?" TB
"What about we aren't dating." AV
"Yah but didn't you REALLY like Jake?" TB
After spending that time with Mike I suddenly forgot about my feelings for Jake and got feelings for Mike.
"I...I don't know Jake's been my best friend..." AV
*Tessa cut in a coughed sarcastically*
"My GUY best friend, and I feel like it would be weird dating your best friend it's like dating your brother." AV
"I understand so I'm gonna go tell Jake about Mike..." TB
Tessa ran out of the room and ran downstairs to where Jake was and I chased after her to try to stop her, but I couldn't. (Just picture Alissa and Tessa running down the steps and Alissa screaming at Tessa) I finally met up with Jake. I stood completely still and not a bone in my body could move. I took my hands off Tessa's shoulders.
"I'm leaving" TB
"Hey Lissa" JP
"Hey Jake, I need to talk to you about someone" AV
"Why? Is someone hurting you?" JP
It's nice to know Jake cares so much about me, I almost didn't want to tell him but he would eventually find out.
"What did you wanna talk about?" JP
"I...I have a video idea I wanna go over with you for Team 10" AV
"Cool just tell me whenever" JP
He kissed my forehead and left. I know I chickened out but knowing he cares so much about me I couldn't tell him. I'll tell him when I'm ready I kept telling myself.
