Slapping a pair of indestructible cuffs on Talon's wrist, Penny dragged him out of the house.
"I'm not going with you!" Talon wrestled out of her grip, only to face plant onto the welcome mat. "I'm not gonna be thrown into jail, they make you wear ugly outfits!"
"I told you I'd bring you to HQ once your wounds heal," Penny said.
"Ouch! I think I broke my dignity!" Talon retorted.
"Who cares?" Penny thought. Gee, I'll get to see Talon everyday now that he will be stuck in HQ!
Penny dragged him across the sidewalk as he scowled, and into the HQ transport vehicle. Talon was frowning the whole way, he had tried to contact Dr. Claw, but Penny had snatched away his bracer. He was escorted into HQ, where all the agents were staring him down. Besides the horror of being brought into the enemy's lair, he looked terrible. Chief Quimby led the way to the confinement cells. Talon was put in a cell and a triple-lock electroshock system was activated. Penny stuck around.
"Hah! Your villain days are over!" Penny said. Talon looked miserable in his cell, and his wrists were sore in the cuffs. HQ regarded Talon as one of the top on the wanted list, so extra security precautions had to be taken. His cell was monitored by a camera, and an electroshock collar was placed on him. Penny almost felt sorry for him...if he didn't deserve it! Talon had committed the most crimes in the history of MAD after all.
"Enjoying your cell?" Penny asked.
"You've just come to torment m-" Talon was interrupted by the sting of electricity from his electroshock collar. He fell to the ground unconscious.
"Congratulations on your catch Penny!" Kayla came bounding in. "But aren't you going to be sad when he's gone?"
"Gone?" Penny was confused. "He has no chance of escaping!"
"I know, but Chief Quimby announced it to the whole of HQ, and everyone was cheering and whooping when he said that Talon was to be taken to a confinement facility somewhere off the coast of the North Atlantic Ocean or something like that, so he can't do anymore misdeeds!" Kayla rambled on.
Penny gasped. She turned to look into the cell. Talon was slowly regaining consciousness and painfully pulled himself up into a sitting position. Oh no, this didn't go as I had expected, Penny thought. She didn't mean for it to go this far. She thought HQ would have been satisfied with keeping Talon in his little cell there, and sooner or later he'd be released and they could continue bickering on their missions again.
She thought about the welfare of citizens and HQ. However, the thought of never seeing Talon ever again triumphed over the thought of loyalty. She had to find some way to get him out.
