Kage was an outcast. A loner. An indivuial. He didn't care though. In fact, He loved his life.

Kage was thin and tall with black short hair, spiked up to look like his cartoon hero's he used to watch on tv. Kage, like all the other high school students hated class. He was often found sleeping in class, and later being sent home. His parents never accepted his gift. They thought it was a curse, since they believed in that kinda stuff.

Kage walked in his home with a sent-home slip in hand. His house was a good house. White, and shiny, filled with candles and paintings. His Father never liked Kage. He always wanted a girl. His name was Bruce Okami. His mother, Jen Okami worked at as a flight-attendent. So he never really saw her. But Kage was is in trouble, as usual.

"Son, How many times have you been sent home?"

"Twenty six and a half"

"How do you get a half"

"You don't, I was just tricking you"

"Go to your room!"

Kage teleported to his room. Their was no flash. No fancy smoke. He just disapeared. The only downside to Kage's power he would get migraine's, and he got migraine's alot.

His room was dirty. A tipical teen. Posters of his favorite bands and shows. A water bed with purple sheets and lava lamp on his bedside table, also purple. He sat down at his desk and turned on his laptop. A sound went off. A box showed up on the screen. It was a girl who went to his school, Ayumi. It was a messege.

"Hi Kage. It's me. I was just wondering if you wanted to catch up with me. You seem so lonely at school and I haven't seen you hanging out with anyone. So just reply, if you need a friend"

Kage stared at the screen for a moment. Then he started to type.

"What makes you better than the other people at this school"

Kage waited and put his feet up on his desk as he drank out his soda which could have been their for days, and then the sound went off agian.

"Because, I would like to meet you. I find you interesting"

Kage put his drink down and thought. His forehead started to strain because of the migraine.

"Where would you like to meet-up?"
