The Blood Curse

CHAPTER 1 part 2:Maxwell's Blood Connection

   Maxwell awakenings to the sound of  screaming,as he looks around(in the pitch black room) he spots a crimson substance,he goes to it.As he grabs it,it crawls into his skin,startled and surprised he panics.Suddenly,a seductive and queer voice shouts,"It likes you don't worry"."W-what likes me",Maxwell mutters terrified."The Blood",she says "Look at your arm"she adds."My arm, it's red,is it bleeding"Maxwell asks."No dear it's your birthmark",she wickedly states."So why is it burning(a sensation) and g-g-glowing crimson red"he cries."It's glowing,already come here dear,hold my hands,I won't bite.
     Maxwell reluctantly hands out his hands.The witch grabs them(his hands)and proceeds to chant"Blood Curse,Blood Moon"she does this over and over.Suddenly,both of their arms start to grow a crimson shade as a peculiar looking moon shined on their hands(the moon was red by the way it was the blood moon).A blinding flash of light filled the room then consuming darkness showered the room.The only things that could be seen was blood,Maxwell's suffering, and the witches wicked face covered with a great smirk.
    "I can't believe it was so easy",the witch mutters."So easy to make you the source",the witch chuckles."The s-s-source of what",Maxwell states."The source of the blood"she says "For my whole family who died at the hand of your father"she adds."My father killed your family",Maxwell asks."Yes and for no reason at all I'll never forgive him",the witch lies."OK what do I have to do for you to forgive my father"Maxwell cries."I'm glad you asked",laughed the witch.Suddenly,the witch dashes out of the room,surprised Maxwell stares with a shocked expression on his face.
