Killian POV

Someone told me about a treasure, a treasure in a tower, a tower in the woods. I've been looking for that tower forever, for a long time. I needed that treasure no matter what it was. I wouldn't admit this out loud, but I was broke; I had no money to get by. That's why I was always stealing everything I could find.

I've been walking forever in these woods, I was getting tired and my legs were hurting like crazy. I was thinking of giving up. I was never going to find that tower. It probably doesn't even exist, just a tale, a tale that's not real.

Then all of a sudden, I see a huge tower in the middle of a field. I sigh in relief. Good thing I didn't give up, that I didn't just walk away.

"Thank god..." I mutter, running towards the tower.

Once I make it to the tower, I notice that there isn't a door at the bottom. That means I would have to climb this damn thing. I take a deep breathe and start climbing. It's a good thing I've done this a bunch of times or it would take me a longer time than I am now.

I finally make it to the top and go inside. I look around, noticing it just looked like a tower, an ordinary tower. The next thing I knew I feel a hard object hit me. I fall to the ground and black out.

***

When I finally wake up again, I'm tied to a chair, with someone looking at me. That 'someone' was a girl, a blond girl with really long hair. She had a frying pan in her hand and looked like she didn't like me at all.

"Who are you?" She asks.

"I have many names. You may call me whatever you like, love." I wink at her. Then she raises her frying pan, higher like she was ready to hit me with it. "Okay! Okay... The name's Killian. Killian Jones."

"And what are you doing in my tower, Mr. Jones?" She raises her eyebrows at me. "And how did you find it?"

"No need to call me Mr. Jones." I pause. "I found this tower because I was looking for it. There was a legend that a treasure was hidden inside. I wanted the treasure. I looked all over the place until I found it."

Her face softens and she falls to the ground, gracefully. She didn't look like the girl who would kill me, but a girl that looked like she was lost and broken. "The treasure is me...."

"What do you mean?" I was confused.

"The Evil Queen... She put a spell on me. I can't leave this tower until I find my true love and when they kiss me. Which means I'll never leave. You're the first one to find me here." She tells me.

I was speechless. I knew who she was talking about. She was stick in here forever until she found her true love. That must be very lonely, to be stuck here forever. What if she never finds her true love? That's a horrible fate for someone like her.

"Hey... You'll find him. Maybe you already met him and you just don't know it." I say to her.

She looks up at me, very kindly. "You're right. I have found him." She stands up and come towards me. She kisses me very softly.

I didn't realize she was talking about me when she said 'she found him', but apparently she did. I realize I kind of liked her too. I would love to be with her even though she knocked me out... I know what I'm getting into.

After the kiss is over, I grin. "How about we get out of this tower, love?"

She smiles at me. She unties me from the chair and we head to life that we both were going to enjoy for the rest of out happy life.
