The movie ended and it was hella lit, it was a good movie but I was curious of what Keith had to ask me. We all walked out the screening room and into the lobby laughing and Woody dumbass, I walked away to go get some more snacks cause I was hella hungry and had a sweet tooth

"Aye, can we talk?... Please?" He asked I nodded my head and we walked to the bench, we sat there in slience for a couple of seconds I studied the look on Keith's face he looks like he's trying to gather up what he was gonna say I was gonna speak up until he finally broke the slience

"What happened the other night over at Algee's place? Why you run away like that?" He asked with Concern in his eyes, I said quiet debating on weather I should tell him or not

"It was nothing, really" I shrugged but he wasn't buying it

"Jaz, if there is something wrong you can tell me about it or Woody or one of the other guys" He said sounding worried, I looked him in the eyes them back down at the ground

"I have something to tell you" I said taking a breathe before talking again "The reason I ran off the way I did is becaus-" I started before being cut off

"Hey Jazmine" Chris said normally with a small smile on his face, a rush of fear ran across my face

"H-hey Chris" I said looking away, I felt Keith's hand on my back as of he knows I'm scared to death right now

"Can I talk to you?" he asks I wanted to say no but he grabbed my arm and basically pulled me out to his car, he put me in and got in on his side before I could say anything he started the car and the radio blasted to the point where I jumped he pulled out the parking lot and sped down the road, i turned down the radio and finally spoke up

"What the hell are you doing" I said through my teeth

What the hell are YOU doing? stop acting like a fucking thot you dumb bitch" he yells causing me to get mad

"Niggah who the fuck is you talking to like that? You better get on with that bullshit, you really got me fucked up you don't fucking own me you dumb ass bastard" I yell and he punches me in the face cause me to spit up blood, we pulled up at a house im assuming his house and he gets out and come and gets me out he yanked me in the house and threw me on the floor and started kicking my stomach and throwing punches

"I don't know why you wanna act all big and tough in the car but forget I'll kick your ass" He said and spit right in my face, that trigged off everything I managed to get up and kick him in the balls and punch him in the face when he fell to the floor I stomped his balls again and grabbed my phone phone off the floor and grabbed his keys I ran out the house and to his car and drove off, I called Woody but he didn't answer so I called Keith

"Hello?" He says softly

"Keith where are you?" I asked sobbing trying to wipe my eyes 

"Are you okay? where are you at?" He says his whole voice changes

"No, I'm not okay please tell where are you" I said again

"I'm at my house, I'll send you the address" He says and I hang up waiting for him to send it, he finally sends it and I waste no time to go to his house. I arrived at his house and got out the car and knocked on the door a few seconds later the door opens revealing a shirtless Keith

"Jazmine what's wrong are yo-" he started but he seen my swollen face, he pulls me inside and closed the door

"What happened?" he said as his jaw clenched

"C-c" I couldn't even say his name, he just pulled me into a hug the hug was so comforting that i didn't even want to let go

"I'm here for you Jazmine, I should've known by the way he  mentioned your name the overprotectiveness by the way he pulled you out the theatre I'm so sorry Jazmine" He says I was about to speak but the door flying open cut me off, it was Woody

"Yoooo, Keith I got everything" He said looking in a bag then he sees me and my face and dropped the bags down and ran to me

"Jazmine What the fuck happened, who did this?" He asks tears forming in my eyes as he hugs me tightly he pulls away and lokks me in my eyes and he has tears in his eyes causing me to cry more

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry" He repeats while my head is resting on his chest

"Who did this baby girl" He asks again, I Looked him in the eyes and and took a deep breathe

"Chris did this, listen when me and Chris was together he abused me. Since the day of the party with Quincy he was jealous and he yanked me out the house and we got in the car and he just started hitting me like I was a punching bag, after that he didn't want around no other guy the only person who knows about this is Monet and she knows because she walked in on him kicking the shit out of me in the girls bathroom at school 2 years ago" I stopped at took a breathe

"The day I built enough courage to leeave his sorry ass was a happy day because thats when he went to the group home for teens and a couple of days when I went to Algee house I seen him and hours passed and you wasn't there and I didn't feel comfortable so I went outside to call you but before I could dail your number he pinned me against the house and punched me in the stomach and he left then Keith came out to see why I was taking so long and he seen me crying and I ran off" I said in between sobs, I looked up at Keith and he looked mad asl then I looked at Woody and he had tears pouring down his eyes. I wiped his tears and he hugged me as tight as he can and let go and kissed my forehead gently

"I love you, I won't let this happen again I promise baby girl" he said

"I love you too Woody" I said and he walked towards his keys that was On floor and picked them up including his phone

"Aye, Keith can you keep her safe? I'll be back, I'm Trusting you with My bestfriend, My Heart. Don't let me down" Woody said with a serious tone

"I got you bro bro" Keith said and Woody gave Keith a hug and then Came over to me 

"I'll be back baby girl, Keith got you. I love you" He hugged me and walked out the door, the whole night Keith kept me feeling safe I felt comfortable about him. Knowing that he care for me the way he does is really touching, I know we haven't been friends for that long but I got love for this dude.

"Are you tired" Keith asks me as we watched 'A different world' 

"Yea kinda" I said and keith got up and so did I "Well, you can sleep in the guest room it had a tv and everything so you'll be fine" He says, he walked me to the room and said he'll be back with something for me to put on. I sat on the bed and see Mo calling me and I answered 

"Hello" i answered with a Sleepy voice

"Hey, how you feeling? I seen when chris yanked you, Are you okay?" she asked

"No, but can we talk tomorrow? We'll meet up and the mall or something" I said and she agreed we said our Goodbyes and and hung up Keith came in and gave me one of his shirts and sweatpants I thank him and he walked out and closed the door I quickly changed and got in bed, my head was filled with so much things like where did Woody go? is he okay? his he doing something stupid. I difted off to sleep but quickly wakes up i decied to go to Keith's room, the door was already opened but I still knocked on the door

"Keith can i come in" I said, he looks over at me and nods his head I walk slowly to his bed and sits down, he sits up and looks at me

"What's wrong" he asks worried

"I can't sleep, I'm thinking about Woody and the Memories of Chris keep coming back, Keith I'm scared" I said trying not to cry, he pulls me down next to him and i lay my head on his chest as he wrapped his arms around me I felt safe but the thoughts of Woody keep coming back but eventally I went to sleep.
