"It's hatching! My Vadagma is hatching!" I shout with excitement, but also warning. Remembering what happened last time the legendary fire Monster hatched, we were at least fifteen metres away from the cracking egg. Seconds later, without warning: BANG! The egg exploded, showering about three to four metres of ground around it with burning lava. Egg shells flew everywhere, landing even further than the hot liquid. And in the middle stoody my new born Monster. My very first legendary.

Standing a little taller than Bolt, nearly up to my knees, the Vadamagma was almost the cutest thing I've ever seen. It had two, large orange glowing eyes without any whites, its skin was covered in red and brown rock shaped scaly armour. Like its mother, the Great Vada of Claymoore city, it had a flame burning on top of its head, waving in the wind like ginger hair.

"Vadamagma

"Vadamagma. Child stage. Level 1. Fire legendary Monster. Vadamagmas in the wild live inside volcanos, and they only come out to feed or fight. They enjoy the heat of a good battle, and the smell of victory. They rarely leave their volcano homes for longer than two days, and they protect their home with all they got. Their eggs can only hatch inside an erupting volcano. Vadamagmas are intelligent and quite aggressive creatures. They are completely fireproof, and have the ability to control fire, and even create it." The Monstagram said.

"Hello Magmie." I greet the little fella, walking slowly and gently towards him, not wanting to scare the new born. The Monster makes a gurgling sound, and a small stream of lava trickles down the corner of its mouth. Magmie yips suddenly, and starts running towards me, her short yet powerful legs raising millimeters off the ground. I put out my hand and Magmie stops in front of it. She leans forward and smells my hand, storing my smell into her memory. "SCHIUUU!" She suddenly sneezes, a small spray of lava covers my hand. Stella jumps from fright beside me, and I laugh as I wipe the liquid off my hand onto the grass. "How did you..." "It doesn't burn, remember? I told you already." "Oh right." She remembers, and I can tell she's a little embarrassed.

"Right, Magmie. Are ya hungry?" Magmie looks at me, and gives me a big nod, almost looking like a bow. The third time she does this, her head goes just a little lower than planned, and it bumps into the ground with a soft thwack. I can't help but laugh at the ridiculous act, and Magmie sprays me with lava. Fortunately for me, she didn't quite learn how to make the liquid hot yet.

"Here you go. This'll help you get nice and big and strong." I say, placing five red Monster food granules in front of Magmie. She picks one up. And studies it closely. She pops it in her mouth and chews. "See Bolt? Magmie enjoys it. Why don't you give it a go?" Bolt stares at me as if I've gone out of my mind.

While we have our break, we of course take all our Monsters out. "I think you're gonna have to grow a little more, Thundy." I say after the Thunder Eagle's sixteenth attempt of flight. "No offence, but I don't think your wings are large enough just yet." Thundy looked sad, but cheered up after playing with Rawry. I fed Magmie another five granules, her appetite was almost as big as Bolt's! I fed Genie a little too, and hoped he'd level up, but unfortunately, he wasn't there just yet. We were about halfway through our break, when Robbie appeared.
