Chapter 1
Here I was, walking home after shopping for that pretty blue top I had my eye on for days.
It was a lovely day, the sun shining, not so bright, but not so dull either.
The slight breeze kept me cool and whipped my hair around my face.
I was dressed in my black jeans, my emerald green top which matched my emerald green eyes and of course, my favourite pair of converses, the emerald green ones.
I was bopping my head lightly to the music coming from my head phones, well, One Thing by One Direction, to be specific.
I sung along in my head,
"Shot me outta the sky, you're my kryptonite."
Suddenly, I see a familiar curly head hiding in a Jack Wills hoodie
Wait...I've seen this head, I can tell he was trying to hide, the way he kept looking around then looking down, like he didn't want people to recognize or notice him.
"Oh my God, are you Harry Styles?" I said, loud enough for the person to hear but it was very quiet because I didn't want people looking this way.
The face almost turned around and looked at me but looked down instead and muttered "Sorry, I get that a lot."
I knew this was Harry, I mean, first of all, I could recognize them curls from miles away, secondly, that accent just gave it away.
"I know it's you, Harry." I said quitely, "But it's okay, walk away if you have something important to do and you can't spare any time for a fan. I won't tell anyone, but...I do know it's you, Hazza, no point lying." I whispered, but he heard.,
He stopped, dead on his tracks.
"Bye, Harry." I managed to say.
I turned around and walked the opposite way, my hands shaking at the fact that Harry friggin' Styles was not even a foot away from me.
I heard footsteps beside me, and a hand reached out and held my shoulder, which made me stop walking.
I slowly turned to face him.
"I'm sorry, I don't know why I said what I did. Yes, I am Harry, and you're not screaming or 'fangirling' so I guess it's safe to speak to you." The beautiful face of Harry Styles said, and he smiled.
I managed to smile back and decided to act normal, the boys don't like it when girls are screaming in their faces, I don't even fan girl much, anyways.
"S'okay. must be quite tiring, the fame, and all the screaming." I shrugged.
"I get used to it, the fans are incredible, but yeah, it would be nice to be normal for one day. I like that you aren't treating me like I'm special, you're speaking to me like I'm just another teenage by." He said, smiling admiringly.
"Well, duh, don't think you're going to be getting special treatment from me just 'coz your famous." I said, matter of factly.
He laughed, "You know my name but I don't know yours." He said.
"Nadine." I told him.
"Pretty name for a pretty girl." He said, smirking.
"Um, Harry, your charm won't work on me." I said, smirking back.
He looked confused and maybe embarassed.
I laughed, "Oh, gosh, your face is priceless." I said inbetween giggles.
He joined me, "You do know we look like a pair of idiots, laughing hysterically in the middle of the streets?" He said.
I composed myself, "Yes, I am aware, and I guess this is good bye then, Harry." I said, looking very calm but inside I was so upset I wanted to cry.
