OH BTW THIS WILL BE IN POV MOST OF THE TIME
prologue:
No one's POV
The day was simple, just like all the other's. Lily and Peter sat by the creeks edge with their feet in the sand and the lost boys off in the woods playing games, as they were only children and teens, none over the age of peter. At least not physically none of them looked over the age of seventeen, even though some were older than I had the time to count. We stay this way, we grow until we arrive on the island, or we stop growing once we hit the age of maturity. The day dragged on and the two of them watched as the sun lowered into the farthest part of the sky, and the lost boys grew tired, and Asher, the youngest of the boys hardly three, had fallen asleep on Lily's lap and she was playing with his curls as Peter held her other hand. "Peter" Lily mumbled looking into his green eyes "Yes Lil?" He replied his thumb rubbing circles on the back of her hand. "What's it like out there do you think?" She asked averting her gaze and looking out into now almost dark sky. "Dunno, never been out there." He said looking down at his lap and mumbling to himself. He lied, he had been out beyond the stars before, he knew what a cruel world it had been. The memories faded with years but he never forgot, he thought about it at night when everyone was asleep and he was alone with his thoughts. Peter had never been like the story says, he was cruel and terrifying in all honesty. However, Tiger Lily brought out the soft side of him, the love in him, but rarely, when it was just the two of them. He had fallen for her and her him. She was like the fairy tales said though, adventurous, beautiful, and creative. She was loving and funny and everything Peter wasn't. At least he didn't show it. The sun finally escaped the sky, and the stars slowly appeared brightning as the sky grew darker with every passing minute. Peter rounded the boys after kissing Lily on the forehead and carrying Asher back to the camp they'd set up as their home. She waved goodbye to all the boys and departed too, she'd have a long walk, about quarter mile back to her own camp.
Lily was walking the dirt path past the beach and to her camp when she noticed everything was oddly quiet and the wind grew cold and harsh making her shiver, as the seconds passed the wind grew shard and skin blistering almost as if she were in the middle of a tornado. Leaves rustled and branches broke and sand swept up along with rocks and dirt spiraling up to the sky. She hid behind a tree hugging it for protection from the storm. Closing her eyes to prevent sand getting into them she hugged the tree tighter. A couple minutes slowly passed and the winds died down and she felt pieces of sand hit against her bare arms ad the came falling back down to the ground where they belonged. Opening her eyes they wandered the beach until they landed on something, human? It groaned and turned on to its side showing Lily her face. Lily gasped and began to run down the path to her camp, her breath quickened as she approached the huts running to hers.
Peter saw her laying there, in the sand. He approached her body, she shivered and tightened her eyes as if she were having a bad dream. The closer he got the more she tossed and turned. He bent down onto knees to look at her, moving a strand of hair from her face. Tear stains and few small cuts on her face stood out to him, examining him he noticed how her lips puffed out when her eyebrows scrunched together. She was kind of pretty. He picked her up after contemplating his options for few moments and began walking back towards his camp. He looked at her some more on his way back home. Her purple hair got tangled in his fingers as he carried her, she looked a tad heavy but he carried her with ease. He approached the cabins and walked towards his own, opening the door with his foot. Laying her on his bed he kicked his shoes off and made his was to the couch vertical from where she was. He sat thinking about the events of the past twenty minutes before he drifted off to sleep. This was going to be an adventure, and Peter pan is always up for adventure.
