Me and Derek had gone to the abandoned train he had

"Derek? Derek!"a voice had cut me off

"What's wrong?"Derek had asked he was still hidden in the shadows he was so dramatic

"My dad. I think he's dead"the voice spoke up again

"What did you do?"Derek asked stepping out of the shadows pulling me with him he was a kid dirty blonde hair blue eyes

"That's the thing. It wasn't me"he says Derek looks at me and I glared at him

"A teenager really Derek?you turned a teenager?" I asked him he rolls his eyes

"Isaac this is daisy my....." I cut Derek off

"His girlfriend....." Derek cuts me off

"She's my girlfriend and I have no idea what she is so..." I cut him off

"Are we done with the introductions I'm sure I want to make it back tomorrow alive that's if my mom doesn't skin me alive for being out so late"I said folding my arms I was only in a tank top and one of Derek's oversized shirts

" I should take you home"Derek says I nodded before looking at Isaac

"Welcome to the pack Isaac maybe you will survive" I said smiling I took Derek's hand before pulling him out to the car my back pressed against it as he turns me around I stared at him

"Derek..." He cuts me off placing his lips on mine I kissed back my hands on his back my arm wraps around his neck the other still on his back I hesitantly pulled away and he opens the door

"You could just say you're spending the night at Lydia's..... They found her" he tells me I smirked

"Nice try babe maybe next time" I said getting in the car shutting the door he gets in shaking his head and driving off

I stood beside a complaining Isaac as he worried about school

"Isaac your awfully adorable and I can't help but be nice because of that but you're being awfully annoying right now you'll be just fine I promise if there's one person whose gonna get you out of trouble it's...." He cuts me off

"Derek?" He asked I scoffed

"No me Derek's a lost cause but you tell him that I'll make sure your death is worse than living"I said he gulps I smiled patting his back

"There's another. In here, right now" I hear my brother say I looked at Isaac 

"Another what?"stiles asked

"Another werewolf"he says I rubbed Isaacs shoulder

This is so ridiculous my brother is really stupid sniffing your teammates yeah they won't definitely think you're a weirdo coach had moved me up to assistant coach since I was always sitting on the bench

"Let's go! Line it up!"coach yells

"Faster! Make mama proud!"I  yelled giggling afterwards

"McCall!"coach yells as he started his master plan I rolled my eyes

Everything seemed to move in slow motion after Isaac and my brother both rammed into each other both bouncing back on all fours and eyes glowing the police came and got Isaac putting him in handcuffs one walks towards me

"Don't tell them. Please don't tell them" Isaac says his eyes flickering to mine as sheriff walks towards me I rolled my eyes letting him handcuff

"What were you doing at the crime scene?" Sheriff asked I rolled my eyes

"I thought the interrogations happened at the station and the when my mom comes to give you a piece of her unholy vocabulary for putting me in handcuffs....but obviously you know that" I said rolling my eyes again

"Alright young lady you are under arrest for the murder of ......" I zoned out at that

"I hate your dad"I said staring at stiles since he had come to visit me

"he was just doing his job"he says I rolled my eyes sitting back

"of course no one cares that daisy McCall had been tossed in jail yet again for something she didn't do.....this isn't some game stiles this is serious I'm not an accomplice this time....I'm going down for murder" I said they had found my finger prints on the body they didn't have a motive though

"Did you do it?" He asked me my jaw clenched

"You think I did it don't you?" I asked his eyes widened my eyes blurred with tears my best friend thought I was a killer

"Get out" I whispered he shakes his head

"Daisy...." I cut him off

"I thought after everything that has happened with Scott Allison and I that I still had a best friend..... I lost my brother I knew that much" I whispered shaking my head

"I could get out of these easily ya know maybe knock out a few officers hide out.....but then again you and Scott would be quick to give me up" I said shaking my head I got up knocking on the door

"Get him out of my sight" I said soon as I saw sheriff stilinski I sat back down my face void of emotion

"Get out!"I yelled they quickly left

The word quickly spread throughout the town Melissa McCall couldn't believe it and Derek hale was angry with the stilinski kid and Scott who had yet to visit her since he heard of her arrest Melissa quickly drove to the sheriff's station and all hell broke loose when she got there stiles and his father sat in his office

Daisy POV
" where is she? where is my daughter?"I hear my moms voice yell throughout the station

"Melissa" I hear sheriff call out

"You bastard where is she?you know she didn't do it"mom says she then barged into my room

"mom....I didn't do it I swear"I said she sighs hugging me

"I know baby I know were gonna get you out of here"she says I nodded

"Did Scott?" I shook my head no at her question

"I hate him....he saw me getting arrested but he just stood there....stiles believes I did it.....mom I'm going down for murder" I said pulling away her eyes tearing up

"No you won't.....Baby I promise you won't" she says I hugged her again

"I believe you" I lied I did in fact believe I was going down for murder
