The morning started right and we're now driving to our first destination which is The Mansion.

I was thinking a picturesque scene with a grand lot. I mean, a whole lot of beautiful landscape and a long road going up to the mansion itself.

It's majestic gate welcomed us with a black and gold color, talk about elegance. As we've enter the lot, there's pool of green everywhere, enormous trees, grass, shaped bushes, and everything that screams nature.

And the pure white manor was the one that pops around the surroundings. Though it's too small to be seen in here.

But unfortunately, it is not allowed to enter by government orders. But Marie mentioned, if meron kang kakilala sa loob pwede naman daw.

We took groupies with the whole group.

Who wouldn't love this cute red thing? Si Audi lang yata eh, hmp.

We've passed by teacher's camp lot for a shortcut, and the few sunflowers were sprouting everywhere. Charot

Dumaan kami dito dahil parang na-traffic ang main road. Pupuntahan daw kasi namin yung Laperal White House, but then nilampasan lang namin cause walang caretaker in this afternoon.

Laperal!"

Sabi ko ay who, "Laperal, di ba yan yung pag may perpendicular, may Laperal?"

Napa-isip ako. Laperal? Teka, hindi ko ma-gets. I looked at her with a questioning face.

"Lateral, laperal, perpendicular. What the heck, Nine?!" she said slightly pissed.

Like duh?

The quick drive brought us to the Botanical Garden. Like corns, turon, at kahit ano pa.

The place is practically full of botanical stuffs. Yup, puro halaman at bulaklak. Na-bored na nga ako, wala naman magandang scenery, but the flowers were well-maintained and I hope they keep it that way.

We climbed down only to find well, just plants in the area, siguro ito na din yung perks na nasa field ka ng architecture, your eyes demands aesthetic and art. But for me, I rather see imperfection than beauty.

And that caught my eye.

Noong pag-akyat namin, may nakita akong sira-sirang sunflower na pinagbe-benta pa din. The petals were incomplete, the leaves that was sprouting on the stem were unknown. It was practically just a sunflower on a stick, that is torn apart.

It's like I'm looking on a more realistic art and the politics behind it.

Tinawag ko yung tindera. "Ate, magkano dito?" turo ko sa sunflower.
