Have you heard the call
of darkness?
The whisper of breath
brushing against your ear?
The burning thrones
the only light,
until the gift of darkness arrives,
embracing you,
pulling you down,
once again.Have you heard
the song of the light?
The golden halo
of the sun?
The swells of summer calling,
yet falling to the darkness.Have you seen
the land above?
The silver palace,
the flying angels.
The rushing streams,
the thorn covered bushes,
yet this happiness is temporary,
for the darkness comes again.Have you traveled the waves?
Seen the transverse clash?
Heard the BANG!
when travelers collide?
I wished for darkness,
But it didn't come
save me.
The clashes,
like cymbals,
seemingly endless,
ricochet through the hall.Have you ever
arrived back home?
Safely in your room?
The glorious awakening
process complete?
I
Don't
Remember
What
That
Feels
Like.
