The next morning I woke to a nasty head ache, I really didn't want to trouble Eliot so I didn't tell him about it. It was another day of trying to get my memory's  back but once again nothing was working.
"Mabey we should stop trying to get your memories back..." Eliot said in despair.
I was confused so I began to raise my voice at him, "Why are we giving up this is important isn't it."
He sighed, "I wasn't done, what I'm saying is that if we find your Griffin we might have a clue to get them back."
I had calmed myself but I was a little worried I had no idea what she looked like or how to find her. While I was pondering on the subject Eliot grabbed my wrist and took me outside.
"Well for starters you should remeet Kinder!" he said with excitement.
"Kinder?" I asked
"Yes! he is the creature you saw before I'm not sure what he is but he is my partner."
"Wait wasn't I your partner."
He looked back at me and said, "Yes but I don't remember saying that directly so how did you know?"
"Didn't you say that we were partners when explaining everything to me?"
He looked even more confused, "No I left that out on purpose."
"But you said we all got a partner so I figured that I was your partner."
"Yes but... Well... ok anyway come here." as we walked he continued, "One more thing I did say that we all had two partners a mage and a creature."
We walked to the back of the cave and Kinder was sleeping.
"Hey Kinder I brought Sharmen I know you met her in the past but she doesn't remember any of that so do you think you could find Iris for us."
Kinder sat up and just stared at me. He averted his gaze to Eliot and said, "Ya I'll help but she still can't remember us?" he was obviously disappointed.
Eliot looked down and said nothing. It was quite for a second then Kinder roared he was obviously speaking but I could no longer understand him. I looked over and asked Eliot, "What is he saying?"
Eliot looked at me and smiled, "All six creatures have a power I guess you could call it to communicate to each other over long distances. They use this language that no one understands and suddenly they can talk as if they are next to each other."
I thought that was quite amazing and we listened to Kinder speak neither of us understood him but we both stood there in amazement.
After about five minutes Kinder stopped and said, "Iris is on the other hemisphere but she said that because we found Sharmen she would get here when she could." Kinder's face began to fill with worry, "it sounded like she was in a bit of a mess."
I didn't know what to say but Eliot seemesmd to know exactly what to do honestly I was a little shocked.
"If Iris is hurt in any way we need to find her what city is she in Kinder." Eliot had a very serious tone in his voice it was a little frightening.
I was still quite, watching Eliot work. He grabbed my hand and pulled me on top of Kinder and told me, "Hold on tight Kinder is really fast and I wouldn't want you falling off."
Even though I didn't see his face somehow I knew he was smirking when he said that. I grabbed on to him and Kinder started running and it took an hour to get to the other side of the world I was surprised I had any skin left.
Kinder lowered himself so we could dismount. We ended up infront of a green rundown warehouse and from inside I could hear the screech of what seemed like a bird but it had the power of a lion. Eliot grabbed my wrist and we rushed inside to find five men tying up a creature. They were covering it up so I wasn't sure what is was but when they noticed us I saw very clearly that it was a griffin but it wasn't anymore then five feet tall. The men seemed to be in shock but and the same time it was like there was no life in them. I suddenly noticed that we were there for the griffin so I passed they men and untied it.
It was a little strange that they didn't stop me so after I untyed the beast I just turned and started at them in confusion.
"Sharmen you found me." the griffin spoke and I turned back to her and looked she was smiling.
After I got out of shock from the two things I asked, "You're Iris correct?"
"Yep that's me I know you don't remember me but I'll explain that later."
"Ok then do you know what happened to them?"
Iris laughed, "Well of course I know but I'm shocked you didn't notice look at there shadows."
I looked down to where their shadows were supposed to be and even if I walked all the way around them they didn't have one.
"What's with that they don't have shadows."
Iris was still laughing at me, "It's one of Eliot's spells he can take someone's shadow and it makes them seem lifeless but, no worries they are alive."
After she was done I looked at Eliot and he just tilted his head smiled and waved.
We left the warehouse and Eliot made an action of letting go of something, five shadows just went flying into the warehouse. Both me and Eliot were on our beasts and in the air when the five men came out. Eliot just laughed and said, "Bye now!"
We got back to the cave and just slept.
