Soon the entire park was filled with police even with all those police none of them could take him down. For 4 years this went on. In the third year they figured out who he was and an APB went out for him and on the fourth year he was caught. In the 4 years he killed 1324 men, women and children. He was taken to court and for commiting genocide he was sentenced to execution by electric chair. On that very same day Harrison Wells was launching the particle accelerator . When Hunter was strapped in the chair and was about to be excicuted the particle accelerator exploded and released dark matter energy which caused him to have speed beyond any car , jet , plane or anything that moves.
