Our Story- An R5 Fanfic

Ally's POV

I woke up on a late-January morning. It was a beautiful day in Los Angeles. I'm Ally, I'm 16 years old and homeschooled. I still have a few friends that I meet on the street but most of my friends are my family. I have short blonde hair and blue eyes. I have four siblings and a dog named Juno (he's a boxer). My siblings are Lucas, Ryan, Acacia and Kyle. Lucas and Ryan are 15 year old twins, Acacia is 17 and Kyle is 14. I got dressed into a soccer jersey and jeans. I'm obsessed with soccer. I went downstairs to make myself breakfast. Mom has already left for work. Dad is still sleeping. Dad is the one who teaches us, but today is a day off. We only have school 3 days a week, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Today was Thursday. There was nothing to eat so I wrote a note and left it on the counter. It read- Went to coffee shop down the street. Be back soon.

So I grabbed my wallet and headed to the coffee shop. It was a walking distance, which was really awesome. The people there know my name because I go there a lot. I mean, how can you stay away? It's literally right there. I opened the door. The line was huge, but I didn't mind. I'm used to waiting, this place is usually crowded. When it was my turn in line, my friend and coffee maker smiled at me. His name was Alex and we've known each other since my first day in this shop. Since then we've got to known each other and we hang out a lot. "Ally girl, what's up?" He said.

"Coffee. That's what's up," I replied and he laughed.

"So what can I get ya?" Alex asked.

"The usual mocha," I told him.

"Coming right up," Alex wrote down my order and I went to find a seat. I spotted a two-seater table so I took a seat there and waited even more. Like I said, I didn't mind waiting.

I grabbed my mocha and thanked Alex and sat down. It was so good. Then a boy around my age came up to me. He had schwagga. He had brown hair and wore a black SnapBack. He wore mainly black clothes and converse. "Hey, um.. There's no other seats in here so can I sit with you?" He asked shyly. He was kinda cute. Remember I said kinda.

"Sure," I replied.

"So what's your name?" He asked.

"I'm Ally," I told him. "And you are?"

"Ryland," he said. That's a cool name.

"I like your name," I said. Surprisingly, this wasn't awkward. It was a good convo.

"Thanks, I like yours too," Ryland answered. He was so shy.

"So Ryland, because we're here and I have nothing else to do with my time, tell me about yourself," I said and Ryland smiled.

"I have four siblings and they're all in a band with our friend called R5. But about me, I love music, football, I'm the youngest member in my family, I'm the manager of the band, my favourite colour is red, I love to prank call people, I'm homeschooled and that's basically me," he said.

"Well about me, I play soccer, I have four siblings like you, but I'm second oldest and I'm homeschooled too. I love music, I love pizza, my favourite colour is blue, and just play every sport there is," I told Ryland. "So you're sporty I see," Ryland laughed.

"Yup," I replied.

We had both finished our coffee. "Well, my dad will be cranky if I'm not home soon, so can I get your number before I go?" I asked. Wow. I asked him. I guess I just felt we could be good friends. "S-sure," he stuttered. He was definitely the shy type.

We exchanged numbers and said bye and I left. Ryland was nice. I guess I kinda liked him. I don't see us dating, maybe not yet.

So I got home and the twins were watching football, Acacia was probably in her room and Kyle is probably in his room too. dad was awake and on his computer. Well I had nothing to do. I guess I just go on the Internet and be antisocial.

Rylands POV

I got home and the Boys were playing Xbox and Rydel was watching tv. "Hey, you're back," Rocky commented. "Yes I am," I replied and sat down next to him.

"So how was it?" Ross asked but I zoned out. I was thinking about Ally. She was really pretty and I guess I kinda have a chance with her. "Ryland," Ross clicked in my face. I jumped.

"Yeah, it was good," I told him smiling.

"Why'd you zone out?" Ellington asked. He was here too. He's always here. We make jokes about legally adopting him, even Ratliff's parents do. "I dunno, I was just... Thinking," I rubbed the back of my neck. "About?" Rocky urged.

"About how good their coffee is," I said, trying to keep a straight face.

Riker laughed. "You can tell us if you met a girl, we won't judge you. Except Ross," He said and I managed to laugh. "Well I did, but I don't see us dating yet. I like her though," I told them. "Dang my brothers a ladies man," Rocky joked and we all laughed.

"Just remember, if you need any advice about her, tell us," Riker told me and I knew he meant it. I nodded. Apparently Rydel heard from the other room because she ran in, threw herself over the couch and looked at me. "A girl?" She asked like a maniac (when I pictured that in my head it was hilarious). I nodded.

"I'm so happy for you! I'll tell you everything you need to know," Rydel exclaimed.

"Thanks Delly," I said.

After that 'episode' we kept playing video games.

Ally's POV

The next day, Alex called. "Hey baby Ally," he teased. He calls me Baby Ally because he's four days older than me. "Hey," I replied.

"Wanna hang out?" Alex asked.

"Sure, when and where?" I responded.

"Well I was wondering if you wanted to see a movie with me at 1:00?" He asked.

"Absolutely, which movie?"

"The new hobbit one," he answered.

"Sure, I'll see you there," I said.

"Cool. Bye baby Ally," Alex said and we hung up. He's strange. But cool. About Alex, he has that kind of Bieber blonde hair and blue eyes. He's fit and he used to play football but he doesn't anymore, now he only goes to the gym or does home workouts to stay fit. He's funny, and he plays drums. So until 1:00 all I did was hang out with my siblings. Acacia was with her boyfriend Ross. I've never met Ross before and Acacia, even though she's like my best friend, hasn't told me anything about him yet. All I know is he surfs and sings. At 12:15, I grabbed my car keys and drove to the theatre. The theatre was pretty far, a 30 minute drive. On the way there I listened to music. When I got there, Alex was out front. He opened my door for me. "Hello Ally," He said. We got our tickets and there was a huge line there so we were waiting quite a while. We finally got tickets and then got snacks. We got a popcorn to share and drinks. We made our way in the theatre and ads were on. Ughhh I can't stand ads.

The movie was sooo good. Alex loved it. I think it was his new favourite movie. Probably. "Well I had an excellent time," I told him. He smiled.

"Yeah it was awesome," he commented.

"I'll see you on the weekend hopefully?" I asked.

"Absolutely," he answered and we both got in our cars and headed off.
