When I woke up, I was in a comfortable double bed in a simple white room that I have never seen before. I recalled what happened yesterday, and jumped off the bed as I wandered about the unfamiliar house, finding my way down the stairs to meet my brother and a gorgeous boy -who I assume to be Michael- drinking coffee together. Michael had thick, raven hair with sapphire eyes like Joe, and I couldn't help but smirk at my brother as his cheeks deepened in color.
"Good morning, Leigh," Michael said, his voice deep and sultry. I can totally understand why Joe has fallen for him; I bet he has a wonderful singing voice too.
"Good morning," I replied, and asked for a glass of water. I settled myself next to Joe, and smiled at how happy and joyous he seemed compared to last night. I wondered how long we were going to stay here.
"Hey," I lightly nudged him on the shoulder. I giggled as I watched my brother stare stupidly at Michael throughout the whole routine of getting me a glass of water.
"Just curious, huh?"
"Oh shut up."
We both giggled, and I drained the water as soon as Michael handed it to me. Then my stomach growled, reminding me that I haven't eaten anything yesterday.
"I'll fix you something," Michael said, as he looked over to my brother. "Mind helping me?"
"Of course," Joe practically jumped from his seat, and they both went to the kitchen, leaving me with a lot of time to recollect everything that had happened, well, yesterday.

We spent about 2 weeks at Michael's place, and it was the most happiest I have ever been in my whole life. I came to love Michael just like a brother, and Joe seemed to be having the best moment in his life. According to Joe, the two met only a couple of months ago, but they seemed like they've known each other for years.
This is my new family, I thought at the time.
In the second week, Michael's parents, Elizabeth and George, came to see their son. Fortunately, his parents were such lovely people, and they treated Joe and I as if we were their children, and even offered to adopt us.
"No, ma, please don't," Michael stopped them, though. "It will be weird to be dating my own brother, now, wouldn't it?"
"Alright, alright," Elizabeth said, as she pinched my cheek playfully. "Just remember, if you want to go to school or do anything, call us. You too, Joe."
"Thank you, Elizabeth," my brother said politely.
"What about me, young lad? I just gave you the permission to marry my son." George said.
"Umm.." My brother's cheeks turned bright pink, fidgeting as he searched for words.
"Oh George, shut up. Now come on, dear, we're going home." Elizabeth hugged all three of us goodbye, making George repeat "What about me?" again. As they walked out of the door, I heard the engine hum somewhere in the distance.
I looked out the window; it was pitch dark, and there were no street lamps here in the mountain side. Staring out into the darkness, I silently prayed Elizabeth and George will get back to their home safely.
"I'm exhausted," Joe jumped onto the couch as Michael smiled and did the same.
They turned on the TV, as they cuddled up in a pile of blankets, clicking and browsing through movies that they could watch. I went back into my room- and yes, I have my own room now. It is the same one I woke up in on day one; I really wasn't the girly type, so I left the room how it was- simple and white- even though Michael offered to buy new furnitures and decorations.
