I wake up from my nightmare-less sleep. I look at the time. 4:45. Good. I can at least draw this morning. I get out of bed and get dressed. Kate comes out of with major bed head. I start to snicker.
"What? Do I have major bed head again?" She looks in my mirror. Her face turns into a face of humor and angry. She tries not to laugh at her own hair. I laugh so hard that she grabs a pillow off of my bed and starts to hit me with it, playfully. Sooner or later, we are on the floor laughing our butts off.
I roll on to my stomach and get up. "Kate, we need to get you ready for school and me for work. Go get dressed and then it's your turn to make breakfast." She groans and walks off to her side of the room. She comes back with a red, yellow, and blue flannel over a white t-shirt with her signature jeans and converse. I push her toward the door and she uses her advanced strength to make her not go, but in the process rips off the door.
"Kate!" I squeak. "We're going to have to talk to the DEO again, aren't we?"
"Sorry!" She runs off quickly to make breakfast. I go to my desk to type up a quick email to the DEO.
Dear Mr. Henshaw,
I'm so sorry to tell you but we broke down our door again, Kate did it. I'm sorry for the inconvenience again sir.
Thank you for helping us, Again,
Kyra Zor-El
I finish typing up my email to Mr. Henshaw. I start to get up out of my chair when I hear the sound of cereal hitting a bowl carefully and slowly. She needs to remind herself she's not with someone with human hearing being in charge.
"KATE! WHAT ARE YOU DOING? I HAD BETTER NOT HAVE HEARD YOU POURING CEREAL INTO A BOWL!" I stand up to the sound of shuffling. I run into the room and grab the bowl from her hand before she can escape. "Better eat before you need to leave for school."
She mutters something I don't bother to hear as I turn around and walk to the stools and eat the cereal. Once I finish my fourth bowl, I look over to her finishing her sixth bowl. I wash the dishes today and grab my bag. Walking out the door, I say, "Remember, No fights, No fires, and no showing off unless it is intellectual. Oh and by the way, I have a feeling you will be able to see Kara today. So behave."
I walk out the door, leaving behind a beaming Kate. I get into my car and drive into the daily stupid traffic of National City.

Walking into my shared office, I suddenly feel the tension between me and James. I close the doors behind me, aware of Kara's spying ears. I walk over to my desk and set down my stuff next to my desk. I turn around to face him at his desk.
"Did he tell you last night? Who I am?" He looked up at me, acting clueless. "I know you know who I, and my sisters, really are. But don't say it. We have an eavesdropper. But still, Good Morning. " I spin around to sit at my desk occasionally looking up at Kara, catching Kara staring once in a while. But I use my ears to listen in on Kara's conversations.
Then after 4 hours, she tells Winn (He introduced me to himself first in the hallway in front of the elevators) to meet her on the roof. Finally!
I get up and head toward the bathroom and wait for them to get up to the roof. I hide in the doorway to roof (using my hearing and 'x-ray vision') waiting for a chance to tell Kara that Kate and I are alive.
"Kara!" Winn. Well, crap. She jumped off of the building. Show Off.
I speed out on to the platform and sit on the edge facing them. She flies up, flips in the air a few times, and then lands in her crouching position. "You always were the show off, weren't you dear sister?" She turns to me shocked and Winn looks as if he will faint. "Win, calm down. Breathe. Good."
