"I love you Shawn" Tatiana said as she sat on my bed beside me, her sparkling eyes looking straight at me with full of love but also with worries

I love you too Tatiana" she grabs my hands and smiles, her hands feels cold and I looked at her to ask her if she wanted me to turn on the heater but she looked like if she wanted to tell me something but I can't imagine what. She looks so worried and I don't know why she doesn't have to be worried she's with me and nothing is going to hurt her.

"I'm scared" she says and my eyes widen, her eyes are full with tears and her hands was shaking. she keeps looking around the room as if there was someone hiding. I looked around to see if I find something that is scaring her but I can't find anything. She keeps telling me that she's scared over and over again but she don't tell me why it's like she wants to tell me but she can't

"be careful Shawn" she says crying

"ok I will but what's wrong why are you crying"

"I can't tell you much it's not safe" she says and she disappeared

"Tatiana! Tatiana!" I woke up with the sound of my alarm, I quickly turned it off and went to the bathroom. I can't stop thinking of what Tatiana was saying in my dream,  why I was she scared? who was she afraid of? and why was she telling me to be careful? I thought about the note that someone gave her, I wonder if its the person who gave her the note but who, who was she scared of? who was threaten her. My stomach felt sick at the thought of someone threatening Tatiana. When I finished getting ready and finished eating breakfast I left to my first day as a police officer, I'm a little nervous but I'm also excited to start working.

When I got settled up and the chief told me what to do I went to get Tatiana's file, I'm not supposed to be here yet but I can't wait any longer. I sneaked into the room with all the files in and my hands were shaking I cant believe I'm about to find out what happened and why would the police closed this case if no one found the killer. After a wile of searching I finally found her file.

1:30am- A anonymous call to file report of a woman screaming for help the person who called said that there were noises coming from the neighbors apartment it sounded like if the guy was hitting a woman.

Tears formed in my eyes as I was reading. The thought of someone hurting Tatiana was killing me. I started reading the investigation process and I felt sick, the killer raped Tatiana and hit her with a bottle after that he shot her in the head and that's how he killed her.

"hey what are you doing here?" A beautiful woman said wearing a police uniform. she is about 5'2 with a really beautiful  shade of blue hair. She kind of reminds me of Tatiana with her hair color, Tatiana use to have her hair dark blue that could pass as black, her skin tone was tan just like this beautiful woman standing in front of me. 

"sorry I know I'm not suppose to be here but I can explain" I said wiping my tears

"no need your tears says it all" she said looking at me with sympathy, I hate that look but right now I don't care I'm hurt that I lost the love of my life.

"I'm Jane"

"Shawn" she sat on the chair next to the file cabinet. Not to sound rude but I wish she would just get up and leave I really need to finish reading Tatiana's file

"so is this your first day?" she ask

"yeah is it obvious?"

"well I know everyone that works here, we treat each other like family"

"shouldn't you be working"

"shouldn't you be in your desk?" she fires back

"sorry I'm a little stressed"

""its ok, you haven't told me what are you doing here"

"someone killed the love of my life and I'm trying to solve this case even if its closed"

"can I help" she said taking Tatiana's file away from me she clearly don't have manners. She started reading her file and her eyes widen, I'm trying to stay strong but my emotions are getting the best of me. I would give my entire life for Tatiana I wish she was here with me.

"did you read the part that her dad was a suspect"

"what" I said taking the file away from her"

"did Tatiana's father killed her?" I said shocked

"well we can't say he did but he was talking to a guy that also looked like a suspect when the police arrived the guy that killed her wasn't there. A witness saw Tatiana's father and a guy arguing but they didn't figure out who was the guy. that's what I read so far" This doesn't make any sense but I'm going to keep investigating.

"what do you think?" I asked

"well I think should open up this case and question Tatiana's father"

"I can't her father is out of town and if you keep reading he charged me for his daughter's murder"

"wow well I could help"

"really?"

"yeah" she said with a big smile.

"thanks" I can't wait to get out of work and tell Lucas about my day but most importantly find out where Tatiana's father is hiding.
