Dragging my feet across the dry concrete I sighed as we finally reached the store, Amber had assigned me and Mason the Lovely task of the week's grocery shopping. We were both grounded, on holiday. Oh the joys.
Two days ago when I came sprawling into the hotel room at one in the morning, covered in sand and wearing only a t-shirt, Amber had not been best pleased. Hence me now being grounded for three days and basically being tied to Masons side, while we got ordered around by Amber as punishment.
Masons side of the story? Well big shocker. He spent the night drunk in one of my uncles rooms, with a blonde hula girl from the show. You do the math.
So here we were outside the store panting and out of breath from a 20 minute walk in the blazing sun.
"So then bridgey widgey why don't you go get your ass into gear, do what you girls do in shops and we can leave?" Mason spoke plainly walking over to the bench, plonking himself down and looking over at me expectantly. I stared at him just to make sure he was for real.
"Aww sorry to burst your little bubble Massey wasey." I stated in a whiney childish voice "But If you think i'm doing It by myself then, think again."
He slowly stood up and huffed, so i grabbed a shopping cart and pushed it forward signalling him to follow me.
"Look I don't want to be here and I know that you don't either but we have no choice, so lets try to make these three horrible days go abit faster by at least pretending that we don't want to wrench eachothers guts out. Basically, Mason you stay off my nerves and i'll stay off yours okay?"
I dusted myself off quite proud of my little speech, still pushing the cart in head towards the frozen food isle.
Rolling his eyes and mocking my words he mumbled his agreement and carried on.
"Bridget have you got the shopping list?"
"Yeah here." Reaching down into my bra, I saw mason raise an eyebrow. I handed him the folded up paper and smirked.
He reached out slowly taking the paper from my hand and unfolding it. As if in slow motion, with a gaping mouth.
Snapping out of it he held the paper in front of my face, slowly tore down the middle of it and chucked it over his shoulder.
"For gods sake Mason! What was the point in that?" Scowling at him I bent down to pick up the now torn shopping list from the floor but before I managed to grab it I felt a firm grip on my shoulder pushing me away.
"What the Fucks your probl-"
He cut me off.
"Look if my controlling Mother is forcing me to come shopping with you, then I at least want pick out the things that I want without abiding by some stupid list."
He crossed his arms over his chest, as if to intimidate me... well he did so i'm guessing he'd won.
I mumbled a fine.

So seriously shopping with a boy by your side isn't always easy but shopping with a 'bad boy'... well i'll let you find out for yourself.
"MAAASONNN" Panting I ran after the mad head in a shopping cart in front of me.
"PLEASE JUST STOP, YOU'RE GOING TO SERIOUSLY INJURE SOMEONE - or hopefully yourself" I mumbled.
As I stood there panting, holding onto my knees I looked in front of me, suddenly he had slowed down the shopping cart and hopped out of it.
"Bridgeyy you look tired" Mason walked over to me with a huge grin on his face, not even out of breath.
