Yes, I have been working on this series of books for THAT LONG.
It is Nanowrimo again, the time of year when everyone gets the itch to write, and I've got it too.
I have to apologize, life got crazy -- kids had grandkids, husband changed jobs, we moved, and I changed a few jobs myself. As I wrote more, I wondered If I had started the book off at the right place in the story. I spent my time writing, rewriting, getting and editor and rewriting some more. I have even published it on Amazon and Kobo - so, I haven't been sitting still, I have just been learning all the other skills that go along with the writing.
This is STILL my version of how dragons survived the flood. It is a prequel to other stories that have been bashing around in my head for some time . . .
Virgo that I am, I feel like I have to create this story before I can work on the other ones. It is not 100% PG-13, nor is it 100% R.
Gentle criticism is welcomed and will be taken under advisement — especially if it deals with dialog, pacing, and scene placement.
Hope you enjoy what I have written.
And now, I have a book blurb:
