It's been 2 months since Jacob was in the coma the Doctor are trying to give us the option and pull the plug but me and his mom say no

I was driving to the hospital to see Jacob
I went in and signed in and went to his room
I opened the door and I sat down in my usual seat and looked at him
Me- your looking good Jacob
the IV ( the bag thingys that bring food and stuff into your body IV'S )
was full again
either he anit like eating or he is constantly eating
Me- Jacob... please come back to me
His heart rate started to go slower.... unusual
Me- Jacob well things have gotten better , you where all over the news and when you wake up there is some people that want to interview us, well mainly you
I laid his hand back on the bed
Me- Jacob if you can hear me could you like move your hand or something... please :/
I looked at him for like 3 minutes until his fingers started to move but not much he just like lifted his " Index, middle, and ring " fingers
Me- ok now um lift your middle figure for yes and your index for no ok
Me- are you ok like do you feel ok
he lifted his index finger ' No" hmmm
Me- well can you wake up
he lifted his middle finger " Yes " YAY
Me- well will you like right now
his heart rate started going normal again
I smiled to myself
He sort of like opened like 1 eye and them closed it
Me- No , No, no open please wake up
he opened both eyes and looked at me
I started to cry
Me- Oh Jacob
I called the doctors and they came in a did what they needed to do
I called Jacobs mom and she came
about 3 hours later the doctor came out
Doctor- Well he is responding very well but he wont talk at all
Me- well can we see him
Doctor- yes 1 more night in recovery and he is all yours BUT he has to be on Suicide watch
JM- so we can take him tomorrow
Doctor- yes mam
Me and his mom went in he was watching American Dad
He looked at us and smiled
JM- hey baby how are you feeling
He put a thumbs down
I chuckled
JM- why wont you talk honey
he touched his throat and nodded his head and squinted his eyes
JM- ok honey well I need to really go because im on my break from work so i'll be back
she went over and kissed his forehead and walked out
Me- so is your voice really that bad
he cleared his throat
Jacob- no

Jacob- yeah
Me- well how are you really feeling
Jacob- not tired that's for sure

Me- figures after a 2 months sleep you better not be
Jacob- so when am I gone get up outta here

I gave him a hug and he hugged back and I went to my car after signing out
As soon as I sat in the drivers seat DIDN'T EVEN START THE CAR YET

Me- uh I was just about to drive over there now
Santos- oh I just got back from the laundry mat

I hooked my phone up to the car and out ponce conv. was on speaker so I wouldn't have to hold the phone and started driving

Santos- so how Is Jacob
Me- he woke up
Santos- that's great
Me- you know.. maybe you would have known if you would have actually taken the time to come see him at least once
