A high school love story takes a turn for the worst when they move 9 hours away from home to start a new life. A major life changing event happens and how will they over come it?
Draft night The biggest night of the year for the young boys who have their dream to play AFL. My boyfriend Daniel, plays for centrals and he is certain that someone will draft him this year. I believe they will, he is a amazing. His agility makes him one of the best midfield forwards in their league.
I walked into the last day of year 12 for us, I am so excited this is over. I pushed the doors open to see my boyfriend Daniel, my bestfriend Dani and her boyfriend Ryan standing by my locker. I walked straight up to Dan giving him a giant hug and smiled at the rest 'Well what are we doing here' I said 'Let's go to class' and with that we finished our last day of school.
Draft starts at 6pm and we got home at 4, Dan invited me over to watch the draft with him and his family. I got there after I finished getting myself ready after school wearing this:

Daniel opened the door with the biggest smile 'You look beautiful Hannah' he said. I smiled and gave him a quick hug and we went and sat in the lounge. Dan's mum came and sat with us in the lounge and turned it to fox footy. It was Dunstall talking for a bit and then at 6 it was time for the draft. Dan was sitting next to me, hand in hand. He was stressing I could tell 'hey, your amazing don't stress. You've got this and I'm so proud of you' He turned and gave me a quick kiss and then I couldn't take his eyes off the TV.
We were up to pick 18 and nothing yet. Geelong were up next to have pick 19. 'Pick 19, to the Geelong Cats is Daniel Menzel from Central Districts' 'OH MY GOD' I yelled and jumped up. He picked me up while he was so excited. He went and hugged his mum and I couldn't stop myself from crying. He came back over to me and kept hugging me. I heard Cathy take a picture of us so I got her to send it to me and I posted it on my instagram:
