Chapter 3

Ash's P.O.V.

I think about how cute Kells and Vic would be together, when I remember a very important little detail.

He's married with a 5 month old child.

I know he hasn't been happy with Katelynn for a while now, you can tell at the simple mention of her name. He is never the same Kellin he is around her than he is with us, especially with Vic. If my suspicions are correct, he's just staying with her because of Copeland. He loves little Cope with all his heart, and after having his fair share of family drama, arguing and shit I know he doesn't want her to grow up like that. I'll talk to him later about it.

"-ys wanna crash mine?" Vic says.

"What?" I say, only hearing part of the question.

"I said, do you guys wanna crash mine?" Vic repeats, earning a sure from Kells and Oli.

"Can the guys come?" I ask, giving Vic my puppy-dog eyes.

"Fineeee.." Vic says in mock annoyance. I grin at him and pull out my phone.

I smile and chuckle lightly to myself at their replies. They make me laugh by not even being in my presence sometimes.

"So?" Kellin asks, motioning towards my phone.

"Yeah, they're coming." I reply.

"YAY THIS IS GONNA BE A MOTHA FUCKIN PARTAY!!" Oli yells.

"Oli, chill man." Vic says laughing.

"Sainsbury's then?" Kells says and we all nod, heading off to get our supplies for the night.

***TIME LAPS: At Vic's house***

We got back and one thing I had taken into consideration, was the fact that on the way back I caught Kellin's hand intertwined with Vic's. I definitely needed to talk to him A.S.A.P.

"Hey Kells, can I talk to you for a minute?" I ask him.

"Oh god, what've I done now?" He jokes and I laugh, that's just Kellin for you.

We walk out from the kitchen into the hall.

"What's up man?" Kell asks.

"Look, I've noticed you and Vic. You need to remember you have a wife and a five month old little girl, Kells." I say, and I notice his eyes gloss over.

"Ash...I love him. I've loved him for a long time, and well...yeah...I just hope he loves me too."

"Kell you fucking kidding me? It's obvious he loves you! The way his eyes light up when your name's mentioned, how happy he is around you, the way he stares at you, it's easy to tell." As I say this, I see his face go to one of hope.

"..Really?? You think so?" He asks in disbelief and hope at the same time.

"Kells, I know so."

"But I can't leave Katelynn...For Cope....Yeah I haven't ever loved her from the start, but as soon as I found out she was having my child I felt like I couldn't leave her...I know what it's like and I don't want my little girl to have that..." His eyes soften as he says 'My Little Girl'.

"Vic would be a great dad." I say to him as his head snaps up in surprise.

"Wait, what?" He asks in a pretty shocked voice.

"Let's be honest, if you got custody of Cope and you and Vic did start dating, you would totally be the mother/girl." I say, quickly adding "And you'd be so much happier."

"Yeah....Ashy, you're right. I'll talk to Katelynn now. Thankyou." He replies with a chuckle.

"Anytime, brother." I say, give him a hug and walk back into the kitchen leaving him to call Katelynn."
