Amelia's POV-
We just landed the TARDIS and it was thundering so Clara had a umbrella I was wearing a red long sleeve T-shirt, then a red and black rose floral dress over the top with black leggings and black ankle boots I had my hair in a double Dutch braid. We step outside of the TARDIS Clara pulling the red umbrella up as she and Dad hid under it as I decided to run straight in the rain getting soaked "You'll catch a cold Amelia!" Dad yells warning me.
*House, Front Door, Night*
I just smile and run up the rainy steps and into the haunted house I hated these kind of places when I was ten me and Maya went to a fair they had on down the road and we had actually got trapped inside a haunted house for over two hours I entered the ball shaking because of the cold and now my wet clothes.
"I told you to bring a coat! Why don't people listen to me." Dad said complaining Clara chuckles and she shakes the umbrella Dad begins to bang on the door.
The door opens as we stand on the other side Dad sticks his head out from behind the other door "Boo! Hello, I'm looking for a ghost." Dad said smiling.
"And you are...?" The Man asked us.
Clara pulls me and herself beside Dad "Ghostbusters!" Clara said smiling.
Dad holds up psychic paper "I'm the Doctor." Dad said.
"Doctor what?" The Man asked him.
"If you like. And this is Amelia and Clara." Dad said introducing us as he walks past the man.
*House, Parlour, Night*
Dad walks into the parlour, excited he runs over to the machines we follow him "Ah, but you are very different! You are Major Alec Palmer. Member of the Baker Street Irregulars, the Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare." Dad flapping his hands around.
He looks at Alec "Specialised in espionage, sabotage and reconnaissance behind enemy lines. You're a talented water-colourist, professor of psychology AND... ghost hunter!" Dad whispers excited as he shakes Alec's hand.
"Total pleasure. Massive." Dad said excitedly.
"Actually, you're wrong. Professor Palmer spent most of the war as a POW." Emma corrects him.
"Actually, that's a lie told by a very brave man involved in very secret operations. The kind of man who keeps a Victoria Cross in a box in the attic, eh? But you know that! Because you're Emma Grayling..." Dad said smiling and walks over and air-kisses both cheeks.
"...the Professor's companion..." Dad said looking at us.
"Assistant." Emma corrects him.
"It's 1974 - you're the assistant and "non-objective equipment"." Dad said and looks to Clara who is by equipment with me.
"Meaning "psychic"." He tells her.
She smiles "Getting that. Bless you, though." Clara said.
