Happy Birthday Week

Friday 17th August 2009~NightTime

"Time to go to sleep girlies", said mum. Wondering why she said girlies? Well today, it was the last day of term and tomorrow is holiday! My kind mum organised my best best best best best friend, Isabel, known as Izzy, over to my house for a week sleepover!! Can you actually believe it?! A WEEK WITH IZZY!! The reason why she's at my house is because in 6 days it is officially my 11th birthday! And on my birthday I'm going to have a party with all my other friends around, but not for a sleepover, with all my favourite treats and sweets! Then the day after that, there is another party with all my family. "Okay Mum" I said happily. Then I realised that yesterday we went shopping and we bought nesquick chocolate milk for tonight."Mum?", I shouted loudly. "What is it?", replied my mum. "Can me and izzy have chocolate milk that we bought yesterday?", I asked. "No it is too late, look at the time, 11 o'clock", said mum. "Fine goodnight", I said. "Night sweeties", she said sweetly. Then 'Mr I don't care about privacy' comes banging through my door way saying, "goodnight Kaiya..and Isabel". And doesn't even let me have a chance to reply back. That was my oldest brother Diran. A 16 year old teenager, whatevering about. "Rude Much, don't you think Izzy", I said."Mmhhmm", said Izzy. That is our language when we are alone. Mmhhmm means yes and we nod up and down when we are saying no or if we have to talk we say nahhhhh. "I am too tired to brush my teeth", murmured Izzy. "Kay lets not", I said. "Night Night", she said. "Goodnight bestie", I replied. Kay is also one of our own words. It is pretty obvious that it means okay though. Izzy sounds not interested in anything right now. She is normally happy and cheerful, but as my mum said it was 11 o'clock. I bet you, in the morning she's gonna be talking too much! At this point I feel kinda sleepy. So I'm going to go to bed. I said goodnight to my pet Puppy, Rosie, age 3. Also to my two bunnies, Amelia and Floppy, age 2 & 3. That's it! Then I cuddle up, closing my eyes and tucking all of my duvet over my head. Dreaming about all good things and dreams that I wish I had! Sometimes I dream about living in the sky and eating clouds as candy floss and making friends with qunicorns, that pukes rainbows! Or if I'm unlucky, a dream comes up with demons and devil surrounding me. I turned my lampshade off and drifted to sleep.
