The hospital

The next day

"The 5th floor, to the right, room 517!" The person at the front desk said. "Thanks!" Me and Quineria said in unison. We got on the elevator. I pressed the 5th button and it started going up. "It all makes sense!" Quineria said. "Wassup Quinn?" I said. "It was Laina! She knew it was going to happen!" She said. "I always knew somewhere in my heart, she, was a bitch, and a liar! I never trusted her!" I said. "Yeah!, you and me both!" She said.

The elevator doors opened, and we went to our right. We went to room 517. "Go in!" Quinn said. "No you!" I said. We began to push and fight over who was gonna go first. After I won that fight she fixed herself and opened the door. She walked in, a few seconds later I walked in. Everyone just stared at me. I looked at everyone. When I looked around I paused. King was laying there, didn't even look like he moved a muscle, he looked so cold. Everyone else, was moving around, even drey was moving around. Looked to me that he wasn't discharged from the hospital yet. I walked over to king, and instantly tears began to flow in my eyes. I didn't want to touch him because I felt like I might do something. "What happened to him? Why is he not moving?" I asked.
Everyone just put there heads down. "He doesn't want to wake up!" I heard someone say. It was Kristin! I was actually surprised to see her. It's been like 3 years ever since I saw her. She looks nice. I walked over to Kristin and just fell into her arms, crying. I then wiped my tears and looked to my left. I saw Laina. She just sat there! Looking all innocent. I was impatient, so I took out my gun pointed it at her. Everyone was shocked. Bernard just blocked the way, guess he's protecting his little 'fake' girlfriend.

"Move Bernard!" I yelled. "No!" He said. "I'm dead serious Bernard! Move!" I yelled again. "And I'm dead serious too! You're not gonna kill her!" He said. "She deserves to die! It's kinda what I've been waiting for, and a bitch needs a bullet in them! It's worth killing!" Quineria said. "Why do you guys want her dead?" Bernard said. "It all adds up! So you're the bitch king's been blabbing to me about! Your so fake! A bitch really does deserve to die!" Kristin said. "The fuck is up with y'all?" Bernard said. "Bernard I'm scared!" Laina said hugging onto him. "Oh! Shut up you dumb bitch! Just shoot her already queen! Wasting to much damn time!" Quineria. "You gon watch yo mouth around my girl!" Bernard said backing laina up. "Why are you backing up a hoe, a fake bitch, a set up?" Trina said. "What are y'all talking about?" Bernard said.
"Don't listen to them Bernard! They're lying to you!" Laina said. "Lying? Who's lying? Wait I'm confused! What's going on!" Bernard said getting pissed. "I don't know! Maybe you should ask, your 'girlfriend' Bernard!" I said putting my gun back in it's place.

I walked over to king. I need to be in his presence, and he needs to be in mine. "Laina! What's going on?" Bernard said calmly facing her. Laina looked at everyone in the room and took Bernard outside the room. "Great! Wonder what fucked up ass lie she gon tell my brother B!" Trina said. "Hey! Why don't you like her?" I asked trina.

Bernard's pov

So many things were running through my head about Laina. So many thoughts! So many questions to be answered. I need to find out. "What's going on Laina! Why does everyone want you dead?" I asked her. "I don't know bernard! I've been so nice to these people for years now! I don't know why they want me dead! I never did anything wrong!" She said, beginning to cry. I pulled her into a hug. I began to speak. "It's OK Laina! As long as I'm here for you, nobody's gonna ever hurt you!" I said. "Bernard!" She said. "Yes baby!" I said while looking Down at her. She wiped her her tears then looked up at me. She took a moment to speak but finally let the words out.

"I'm pregnant."
