Finding The Human

“Hey Asriel, I think I heard something from over here!” a white goat-monster yelled to someone.
The voice bounces along the Ruins' long corridors.
This particular monster had long ears, a snout, and visible fangs. Even though he was quite young, and he sure looked like it, his voice was already mature and deep.
”Hey wait up Tava!” the other monster shouts back, catching up to the other.
Tava was wearing a green sweater with a single cream strip through across his mid-stomach. Asriel, Tava's younger brother, was wearing a green sweater with several cream stripes across its stomach area. The two siblings raced through the dark area in the ruins that they hadn't explored yet. Asriel ended up winning by a few yards, entering the purple doorway and taking a sharp left.
”Are you okay?" Asriel’s soft-spoken voice reached Tava’s long ears.
’He must have found the source of the noise,’ Tava thought, continuing across the dark hall.
         It wasn’t until he saw his brother with a..human? Tava’s eyes widen and Asriel smiled at his brother.
Asriel's jaw was moving and Tava realized that Asriel was talking to him.
"Tava, please lend Chara your sweater, you know you have longer hair than me and I get cold easy.” Asriel asked politely with pleading eyes.
Tava nodded, his fluffy white ears bobbing and hitting his shoulders as he reluctantly took off his sweater. He handed it to Asriel, who gave it to Chara.
Tava scanned the fallen child. This Chara person had short, dark brown hair that reached their shoulders and really pale skin. Their eyes were a menacing, bloody red color and they had really pink cheeks, huh..probably blush.
'Weird, I thought humans didn’t have bright red eyes..' Tava thought.
After examining the Ruins with no fear, the brown haired human slides on the sweater, snuggling into Tava’s sweater. Then they began to talk. They had a really innocent and young voice, but there was something..dark behind it.
"Thank you, Asriel, Tava."
They smiled gratefully, but Tava already disliked the new human..
The white goat prince jumps and runs, feeling tension begin to rise.
“Come on Chara and brother. I want to race back home!” Asriel yells to the two as he took off running.
Somehow, Tava could feel that he was starting to be forgotten and replaced.

        The now sweater-less goat went to look at the human and caught their gaze. The human child, Chara's gaze was hardened into a glare directed at the goat kid. Chara then noticed that Tava caught them glaring and ran after Asriel. As Chara and Asriel were out of sight, Tava said to himself sadly and hatefully, “I don’t feel good about this.”
The male goat brushes his fluffy bare chest to attempt to distract himself, but he remembered that he lent the human his sweater. He would have ran his fingers up and down his sweater if it was there, to help calm him down. Sighing, Tava ran after the two, yelling, “Guys, We have a long way to go, don’t run so much!”
The two ignored the snow colored goat and continued to run, soon disappearing from Tava's sight.
The older brother sighed.
"I have a feeling that me and Chara are not going to get along well..."
